I had a small washing machine leak on the second floor. They cut out sheetrock from the ceiling of my garage, dried and repaired. It was quick, clean, professional, and simple. I appreciated that.

The best reconstruction company! My coworker had to use a different company and was not pleased. The carpentry team is hands down the BEST. Thanks Nick, Scott, and team! I cannot say enough about their work and consistency.
I must tell you that Jordan and Brad of
Cary Reconstruction Company (CRC) have treated me like royalty! They are the consistent professionals that one needs during a crisis/disaster. Simply THE BEST!
I highly recommend this CRC to anyone in need of storm restoration or repair services!!!
I don't typically write reviews for companies, but I need to in this case. My experience with CRC last year was exceptional! After a smoke damage left my home with over $100,000 in damage, I called them for restoration services. They understood the stress that comes with moving out of your home for two months and all the work it requires to get your life back and they were with me every step of the way. Sean and Tim and his team were professional (returning calls promptly, addressing my concerns, etc.) and very thorough and made sure I was 100% happy with how everything turned out. They not only returned my home to better than it's original condition, they went out of their way to support me as I moved back home. They made a very stressful situation much easier on me and I am grateful!
I have used these guys twice now. Both
times they were prompt, thorough, and friendly. Any time I need anything more than routine home repairs, I will call these guys.
In this most recent case, a water pipe broke in a wall of our kitchen. The water damage wasn't too bad but the hardwood floor was ruined and parts of the dry wall needed replacing.
CRC's water-mitigation team quickly came out, removed the destroyed property and dried the place out. I had originally contracted CRC to do the job end-to-end, this would include the dry out and the subsequent repairs. Unfortunately, the insurance company and CRC couldn't agree on the estimate amount for the job. After discussing this matter with several other, unaffiliated contractors, I quickly came to learn that my insurance company was not paying for a very standard component of the cost. I mean, one of these contractors raised his eye brows when I told him about this and another contractor looked at me funny and said, "I actually know that (insurance) adjuster. He's new, but that's still hard to believe." As a result of this discrepancy, CRC was effectively cut out from the equation. This is where CRC really impressed me.
Instead of dropping the job, one of the CRC employees, Sean, called me and told me that he was going to connect me with his subcontractor and that he would help facilitate the job. Just so it's clear, CRC actually helped pro bono! Sean and the subcontractor came to my house, discussed the matter, and got the repair job started. The subcontractor did an amazing job. Everything is settled now. I have brand new floors, new dry wall in the kitchen, and freshly painted walls.
Oh, and while the CRC guy was here, he actually found the source to a totally unrelated problem we had been experiencing for almost a year. For this other problem, I have had at least six people come out, plumbers, reconstruction people, and general "handymen", none of whom found the problem. Thanks to this CRC employee, my HOA is now fixing the problem!
Great job! Very professional! This is my third time using CRC and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. 100% satisfied with the products, results and the people!
My wife and I had the misfortune of
having a large pine tree fall into our backyard and onto our back porch roof earlier this year. Throughout the process of debris removal and repair by Cary Reconstruction Company (CRC), our project manager, Curtis McLawhorn, was a great source of strength and provided us a strong shoulder to lean on during a time of such great stress–we had just relocated to Cary from Morehead City.
Curtis consistently impressed us with his thoroughly professional approach to his work and his attention to detail. He gave a timely response to all our calls, was available to meet whenever we needed him, and answered all of our questions. He also followed up on all of our concerns and made sure that the debris was removed and repairs were completed as scheduled.
We can not thank CRC and Curtis enough for all his their in getting our house back in shape! As we say in the United States Air Force, "promote and give more responsibility."
A straight line wind removed a membrane
roof cover from a 16x12 room in my house earlier this year. I also lost two huge pear trees that fell onto various sections of my fence. I called State Farm and (as usual) they were right there for me. They recommended I contact Cary Reconstruction Company for help with the repairs–great advice.
Several reps of CRC came by to get the ball rolling on the project shortly after I called. I was very impressed by the entire crew. They were polite, friendly and well-trained. They also came up with a plan to not only repair my roof, but to ensure its endurance for years to come! It was a huge relief to know that the job was done–and done right.
I HIGHLY recommend CRC to anyone who could use their services. I have been a homeowner for more than 40 years now and have never seen their level of service completed on my home repairs before. Job well done!
I'm writing in reference to the service
we received from CRC when our basement flooded a little while back. Shortly after our call, the team arrived and delivered attentive and professional service. They were very sensitive to our needs and helped make the entire process as simple and easy as possible!
In particular, I would like to commend Tim Royal. He managed our project and did an excellent job doing so. He communicated with us several time throughout the day and kept us informed about how things were progressing. I would definitely use them in the future when and if something like that were to happen again!
