Minimal service. If you are a very regular customer/commercial painter then it's like old home week here. If you are a homeowner looking for assistance and suggestions then go to Ace or Home Depot or Lowe's. The staff will eventually wait on you just so you won't be hanging around but they act like they can't believe what you're asking them.…
Bad service, long waiting time.
Even though it was Sunday, its service made me crazy. Waiting time in the store in cary shop is usually very long without any reason. It was my third time of vistis in my life. Telephone call had a
priority over customers on the line.
This time on Sunday, only one crew serviced. I just wanted to have the same color/finish of paint as the paint sample from builder (it was Sherwin Williams). The crew told me to leave what I brought (paint sample) and wait till he gave me a call. I waited in the shop for an hour and found that my paint sample was not touched or analyzed. I took my paint sample and went to the Homedepot. The Homedepot made (mixed) the similar paint in 5 minutes. I will never buy anything from Sherwin Williams again.…
