EXCELLENT place to stay..... I know if someone had a reservation, and showed their confirmation number - they would PAY for your room at another Hotel. They are very professional. I have never had any issues. Always a great place to stay.

They overbook and give away PREPAID rooms!. Do not book a room at this place if you actually expect a room to be available after you pay for it. They called me at 5pm on a Friday, 30 minutes before I was arriving, to tell me they had overbooked because of some tournament in town and didn't have a room for me. In all my years of traveling I've NEVER been bumped from a PREPAID room. I guess their greedy practice is to overbook through travel sites and themselves, then give the rooms to whoever checks in first, even it's prepaid. I was traveling with young kids and specifically chose this place for the indoor pool and it totally ruined our trip.
