Tips for Ragazzi's Italian Restaurant

Delicious Italian food. I've always had a good experience at Ragazzi's of Cary. The food is deleicious and they have a fairly wide selection. The servers have always done a good job as well.

The national chains like Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill may be more well known since they can advertise more, but I would choose Ragazzi's over them anytime.

great food, family owned, funny bartender. chef came to my table to confirm my order (i'm one of those picky-as-all-get-out orders who changes everything). I appreciated this to no end. the food here is always great! i love the veggie lasagna and their "create your own pizzas".

while most think ragazzis is a chain, this one is family owned and some of the recipes are family secrets! i just love their tomato sauce (different from the marinara sauce).

i would certainly go talk to the bar tender, she's friendly and loves to talk to you. she always has kind things to say.

this is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

Best Party Time. Just had a rehearsal dinner there and I wish my wedding was done by them because the food was bountiful and it was delicious.

The prices were very reasonable and you don’t go away hungry, which I did with my wedding caterer.

We had the Calamari which was the best I had here since I moved from NY.

I hope they open one up in Boone NC soon.

Thanks Ragazzis.

Ragazzi's is very consistant. Pretty good italian food and I am picky. Their veggie trio is awesome, as is their veggie lasagna. My husband loves their italian wings. They also cater and are reasonable. Have done office catering and will do again. Highly recommended.

New Ragazzi's in Forestville: horrible!!. Went to get a bite to eat out and I've heard that Ragazzi's isn't that good, but I had to find out for myself. So I tired it and I got an order of a larger dish and a small dish...when they say small they mean SMALL! When they say large..they still mean SMALL! And the dish was $15 for the "large" and $10 for the "small." So we called the manager and he was some short black hair, rude white guy that obviously has short man syndrome. He was a rude smart ass..the customer service was horribile! That's something that you need when people are spending there money in todays world!

Very poor experience. I chose to dine at the restaurant for my daughters 10th birthday party. The girls had a limo ride from Sweet & Sassy's at the mall and thought it would be convenient to stop at the restaurant to finish up the event. We stopped the weekend before and asked if it would be ok to have a party of 10 - 10 year old girls and they said it would be fine. When we showed up, they asked if we had reservations (even though the place was completely empty!) and then appeared annoyed that we were bringing in so many kids. We were sat in a back table and while I was still bringing in the gifts the manager darts out of his office to go over to the table to yell at the kids before they even sat down. He told them to be quiet because he was going to have other customers that he was going to have to sit in the restaurant. The other customers never showed by the way! The kids weren't even being loud. We fed the kids and some parents, not once did anyone come by to see how the food was or to say thanks. It was probably the largest sale he had for the day and we were provided nothing but a bad attitude because we came into the restaurant with kids. I eat out a lot, and there are times where a family with two kids can be really loud, but our table of girls was extremely well mannered - the owner was a grump who spent his energy yelling at patrons instead of pleasing them. Would NEVER go back. Once I came home I saw the write up in WRAL that a number of patrons had to get shots for being exposed to hepititus after eating at the restaurant. Had I known ahead - we would have driven right past.

Great Food, Great Deals, A Great Place To Eat!. If you like food and you like saving money then Ragazzi's is the place to go.

I could eat there everyday with there huge menu and great deals.

I always go every week and watch my favorite sports team and enjoy a great meal.

Awesome waiters and service.

Best Food, nooo I don't think soo, but not awful, please do read. Isn't it just amazing that anyone can write a review about any restaurant? The review could be good, bad, bogus or authentic, could be written by an actual paying customer or an employee of the restaurant. You just never know anymore. I do know this I am truely tired of reading supposed reviews of how great this restaurant and soo many others are and knowing that it just may not be so, (because it was written by an employee trying to help) or on the other hand a disgruntled employee completely trashing the restaurant, food, service, etc in its entirety. I am sick and tired of people writing anything they want and there is no accountablilty for anything that you've written. You know who you are! I believe "what goes around comes arount" and you will get yours you nasty spineless pore excuse for a human.

Yes I've actually eaten at this restaurant, it was ok. There are better and there are worse. This restaurant is should be compared to Applebee's, Red Lobster type restaurants not Ruth's Chris, Second Empire.

Got it? GOOD!

Ragazzi's regular. I go to ragazzi's at least once a month. The food is always delicious and I love that you can have all the salad you want with your meal. The prices are fair and I always have enough leftover to have lunch the next day. The servers are friendly and their fried calamari is the best.

Great Place to Eat-Read the Coupon. I am writing this reveiw because my husband and I frequent this place and it is just fine. The food, service and prices are great. It is a family place and not fine dining so don't be mistaken. I also felt compelled to write this reveiw after reading the others. The person who complained that they were not allowed to use two coupons at the table needs to learn how to read. We have a coupon book for places around the area and every coupon from Ragazzi's along with other places clearly states ONE COUPON PER TABLE. They do this so you will visit them more than once. If you are not smart enough to read a coupon then perhaps you should go to the grocery store. Try the white whine and lemon chicken-it is awesome1
