Nice waitstaff and location... but food illness?. This O'Charley's has a great location and a nice facility. Unfortunately, they seem to have another problem, and that is a chance of making people ill. I visited for the first time in months, back in May of 06. They were woefully understaffed, and our waitress, who was very nice, was stressed out and unable to attend any of her tables well. The real trouble was that I became ill after eating there. When word spread of my experience, I was approached by five or six other people who had gotten sick after eating there in the last couple of years. The staff can be quite nice, but I can't ever risk being that sick again. I rated it below average because it is a pleasant place, but the food can be risky.

Perfect place to hang when you've had a long day. As you walk in, you're greeted by an always-friendly face. I usually go to the bar area, as I've found you get much better service. The drinks are made perfectly and the prices are about average.
