FIRST TIME CRUISE//BAHAMAS. February 15-20, two of my friends and myself went on a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas for my birthday! The three of us had never taken a cruise before and at the last minute decided it was what we all agreed on! I called SMALL WORLD TRAVEL (Paul) and simply told him the week, number of travelers, destination and he returned my call within a few hours to give me options. We all three agreed on the date and destination and set up to meet with Small World Travel. Each of us live 3 hours away from one another, so in order to ask questions and get the feedback we needed, Paul was always available to help with anything and was very accurate with all details. He told each of us what we needed to take as far as comfort and weather. Any other questions we had as far as food and beverages he also assisted with. He was able to walk us through a pre-cruise sign up, so that on the date of departure we could go through the "already registered" line and got onto the ship quicker. We had no problem getting on and all of our information had already been completed through Paul from weeks before. He spoke with us about what the islands would be like and what to expect...PERFECT. All pictures he showed us were identical to what we expierienced. There was endless amounts of food and drinks at your convienience. With this being a first time trip for each of us we were very excited and scared to leave the trip in someone else's hands, but SMALL WORLD TRAVEL made this trip completely perfect. We simply had to pack and get to the cruise...everything else was handled. WE WOULD HIGHTLY RECOMMEND SMALL WORLD TRAVEL TOURS again to anyone going on a trip!!!…

First Disney Trip and First Travel Agent. My family of 8 (6 of us and my in-laws) decided to take a trip to Disney World in October of 2011. I was completely overwhelmed with trying to figure out where to eat and what to do everyday. With this being our first trip it was quite a bit for me to handle to plan everything for everyone. (Especially since no one else wanted to plan anything.) In my reviews I heard of Small World Travel, but was leary on using a travel agent. My cousin recommended Small World, so I decided to give it a shot. The agent that contacted me was Stacie Poste and I agree with another post that she is the Disney Queen! She planned absolutely everything for our family. She also made herself available when we were lost and couldn't figure out how to get from one spot to the next. Of course, I could have just asked someone at Disney (because they are super friendly) but because I knew Stacie was extremely knowledgeable about Disney I called her a lot during our trip! She was always very friendly and helped our family through everything! The only other thing I could have asked for was her to be there with us guiding us around in person. If we ever decide to go to Disney again or another location I will be sure to use Small World again. It made everything less stressful having someone help you who knows the ins and outs of a family vacation!…

Small World Travel Rocks. My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. I had never used a travel agency before, but had heard about Small World Travel through friends. After first conversation with Paul, was very impressed with how helpful and informative he was with all aspects of planning our trip. He and Small World Travel made our vacation our biggest and best ever. I give Paul and the agnecy 5 stars. You cannot go wrong when you choose Small World Travel. They will be there to help and assist every step of the way. Cant wait to talk my husband into another vacation and will certainly be using the agency again.…

First experience with a travel agency. My family decided to plan a trip to Disney, but since none of us had ever been, our daughter suggested contacting Small World Travel Tours in Benson, NC. In her contacts she was referred to the Disney Specialist, or who we refer to as the Disney Queen, Stacie Poste, for all of our questions and to help with planning our trip. Stacie provided us more than we could have ever asked for and then some. She answered all of our questions and told us about things that we didn't even know to inquire about. She made herself available to fit our busy schedule and shared her experiences during her trips to Disney and gave exceptional recommendations as this being our first trip. Stacie volunteered to draw up a nice itenerary once she talked with us about where we would like to go and the foods that we liked. Talk about being on top of things, this lady is an exception to the rule! She had our itenarary to us in just a few days and everything was booked with a confirmation. Stacie also offerred to touch base with us shorly before our trip to give us additional tips on things we may want to see and do while we are at Disney. She definitely follows up with her clients to make sure everyone is totally satisfied and shows her gratitude with special mailings and sweet notes! What else could you ask for in a travel agent? Stacie has certainly found her passion in sharing the magic of Disney and seeing that each trip she books is one to remember.
