The Best. I love the service there. You can special order earrings, rings, etc, from his catalogs and look at what comes in before you have to commit to purchase it. Prices are very reasonable and Mark Andrews is incredibly knowledgeable. He is truly a jeweler, rather than someone who just works in or owns a jewelry store.

great jeweler. I have been using Mark Andrews for years and have never had a problem with him or his work. He is an excellent jeweler. His prices are fair and his work always exceeds my expectations. The store is clean and the customer service is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

5 star. I recently had a great experience there. I sold some old gold and used the money to have a ring made for my wife. He listened and then gave me input. The end result was a winner!

Small, independent, expert jeweler. I have used Mark Andrews for purchasing new pieces, repairing modern and antique pieces, and creating new pieces. All of his work has been great. His prices are fair. He did have trouble with one piece, but he consulted with me on the repair and the issue before he proceeded and I was completely pleased with the results. I recommend him and continue to use him for my repairs even though he is really out of the way for me. I am a big believer in supporting small business that deserves support and Mark Andrews Jewelry is definitely one of these businesses.

Bad Rap on Reviews. Not sure what happened when the other reviewers went in but I have ALWAYS had a good experience. Value for price and never felt rushed. There's a couch in there - sit down for a minute if you feel rushed! Repair work for us included silver, gold and pearls. Stones repair as well. All been quality repaires.

good jeweler. nothing so special he just does a good chain solder fast for only ten bucks. His store is clean and maybe he was having a bad day--I think we all are in this economy. I quite like the guy. Maybe he thought his assistant, or daughter even, could handle it by herself. Maybe he had a bad stomach at the time you came in and had to run quickly. Give him one more chance

mixed messages. i had read great reviews about mark andrews jewelers and heard they had good customer service. they advertise that they can make lots of custom stuff. i went in a few days ago and maybe i caught mr andrews on a bad day but he couldn't get rid of me fast enough. he gave me a quick but gruff five-minute spiel and escaped into the back room as quickly as he could. he left me with his young assistant, who was much nicer. seemed a little new at it all, but still tried hard. i'm going to try a few more places but might go back and see if i can catch him on a good day -- maybe even get a smile!! :)
