Our family loves J&S. Our family moved to Holly Springs in 1999 and we discovered J&S pizza in Apex. It is my favorite place to eat. My daughter orders pepperoni strombolies that are loaded with cheese and pepperoni. I prefer a couple slices of cheese pizza. Their pizza is the best I have ever had. The family who owns the shop is very friendly and we became friends with them over the years. We moved back to NY in 2003, but come back to visit friends each year and we always go to J&S to eat while we are visiting.

Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I love J&S. I do now and have always loved Sylvio's restaurant and his family. They have great food and a great atmosphere. A disturbed individual posted things under my name. My apologies, and ya'll go eat some of Apex's finest pizza!

The real deal. The best authentic pizza in the area. The whole family is great at their food and service. You gotta try the cannoli that Josephine makes. THE ONLY PIZZA PLACE IN APEX!!!

Excellent Pizza. The supreme is really loaded. They do not skimp on ingredients. Takes a fork to eat that but worth the effort. Very good.

nasty. i am only giving one star because i have no choice they will not let you put zero stars. first off lets say this food is nasty and i only order here because working at ace we dont have many choices in walking distance. if you get food here be prepared to get caught in DRAMA. the family feels the need to talk to you about every problem each and every member is dealing with. i also only go here because the owner the older guy with white hair hits on me and i often get free food if he is the only one up front when i pick up the food. i find it very rude when you order something and the family is talking in italian and you know they are talking badly about you because every second they are looking at you. these people really dont know how to run a good business it amazes me that they are still open. if i had it my way the best pizza place in lexington would be there. i wish they would move out here.

YUMMMMMMMY. This was the best pizza ever! My husband told me about it when we first moved here. I am not from Apex and he grew up here. I have my own homwtown pizza place, and am not easily swayed. But WOW! This is my new favoirte pizza place!

People don't know a good thing. We love J&S. I don't know what some of these people are talking about. It is the best pizza in FV, hands down! We have friends coming in tonight from North Raleigh for dinner there because they even like it so much! We get a Sicilian, and the price is so amazing for all the food you get that it feeds my family of 4 for two meals! We have always had good service for eat in or take out. The owners are very friendly. We used to frequent the Apex location, and are so glad they opened in Fuquay! Whoever thinks this restaurant is going to close must be out of their minds because it is almost always busy. Some people just don't appreciate good food when they taste it! Keep it coming Silvio and family!

What am I missing here?. I've lived in Apex twenty five(25) years and frequented J&S countless times. It is unquestionably the best pizza in town...crisp, not too thick, plenty of cheese, and generous toppings. I've never had a bad pizza from that store. Give the owners a break. Their English is marginal, at least it is for the older couple, but there's no problem communicating with them. And rude? Never saw it. Busy as bees and no time for small talk? Yes, at times, but I'm there for the food, not a social event ,and I still consider this one of the best pizzas money can buy in the Raleigh area.
