Amazing Experience.
I have been looking for a solid salon since relocating to Raleigh from DC a year ago...and I have finally found it!
From the moment I called to make my appointment to leaving the salon, the whole staff at Bacio made me feel welcome and appreciated...which is not always the case at high end salons. There are no snotty attitudes here!
Rexana did a great job on my cut, and the products she recommended are working wonderfully! I even got a hand written thank you card for visiting the salon...a level of customer service most not often found.
It may have taken me a year to find Bacio...but I guarantee I can stop looking and can't wait to go back!…
Top rate. My teenage daughter is a model and I needed to ensure she has a great cut and color for a photoshoot for a magazine. I had been looking for a salon where I could count on consistent quality without an attitude that you can sometimes encounter at hair salons. Yvette has been fantastic, we discussed her background with participating in model shoots across Canada. She was able to give us some great insight but best of all my daughter's hair looked incredible. I totally trust Yvette to cut and color my daughter's hair for all of her shoots, we even had the photographer comment on how rich and lustrous her hair was. As a result, Yvette got two new clients, me and the photographer. I'm a natural blonde with thick curly hair and it's been hard to find someone who can cover up my grey hair without making me look like a bottled blonde. I get compliments on my hair all the time now. I have a feeling Yvette is going to get even more new clients!!! Better schedule my appointments a couple in advance.…
Awesome Salon. First time at Bacio and it was amazing. The salon is beautiful and the stylist were warm and welcoming. I love my cut and color!!!! I have found my new salon!!!!!
setting this straight.... i am responding to the last horrible review about a GREAT salon and GREAT staff. yes i am a friend and have been a client before i became a Mom and have since been puttng my childrens needs/wants before my own. i firmly believe that someone with motive who is very familiar with citysearch, wrote this. i find it very hard to believe that the stylist they described in the review would have time for a walk in. in fact, i know she is too busy for that. look her up, her name is yvette cannas. she is by far the most talented/skilled/busy sylist in the area who happens to be one of the nicest/giving/caring people i have ever met! i cannot say enough great things about her, her staff, and her salon. i have worked in an upscale salon as a stylist for years and am familiar with the business. therefore, sometimes i feel like "people" use this site in order to bad mouth competition, or as a way for the public to be negative under the radar because they dont have the guts to say express there thoughts to someones face. trust me, it happens ALOT, its a cowardly move if you ask me. trust me, i have experienced being in an atmosphere in which i felt like my business was not appreciated (unfortunately that happens)... but this establishment is far from that, and i know they work very hard at customer service and being the best of the best! i have absolutely nothing to gain from writing this review. i just felt compelled to do so and hope that everyone at Bacio Salon doesnt mind.…

I felt like my business was unappreciated. The stylists there act stuck up and they were really rude. I will NEVER go back.
From reading the reviews it seems friends are making the comments about how well they were taking care of.
I was a walk in. A short, skinny, dark haired older woman did my hair. She was not friendly or warm to me. She talked to her staff and to other clients but not to me. I have never felt more uncomfortable or unwelcome at a salon. Especially, a salon which is pretending to be high end.
If you are looking for a salon which does good hair this is the place. If you are looking for a salon which does good hair and acts like they appreciate your business go somewhere else. If you don't have a prior relationship with these people they don't care about you. I felt as if they had to put up with me.
They are a small salon with a huge attitude; I can't beleive anyone in the service industry would treat clients they don't know so badly. I am looking for a salon that has a mix of great talent and have actual knowledge of customer service. It really did seem that you have to be a personal friend to be treated like you matter. It was the worst experience in customer service. They should be ashamed. A fake smile does not equal good customer service. I saw the dark haired stylist chit chat/ chit chat with one woman then when she did my hair...dead silence. For weeks, I wondered what was wrong with me. Then I realized WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER. Trust me folks, there are salons that do just as good of a job.
