!!! Excellent job cleaning our carpets. Very happy with the services, they made 10 year old carpet look great.

The guys came and did a great job, very upfront and easy to talk to. I would of course rehire them to come back any time and do the cleaning process again. Excellent and an immediate 5 stars.

Hi! I am a first time customer who after reading reviews thought I'd give this company a try and am I glad I did. Tom was very prompt and professional, the quality of work was amazing and I paid the exact price that I was quoted over the phone. Great experience. Had carpets in entire house cleaned any they look so much better. The two man team was courteous, professional, and did a great job. Sent a message to friends asking for recommendations for carpet cleaners, and Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning was highly recommended. Very pleased with the work they did, plan to call them again to clean sofas.

Fantastic Customer Service. I called Steam Machine for a yearly carpet cleaning. It was just before the holidays and after not having a good experience with another company the year before, I hoped Steam machine would provide better service and quality workmanship...and I was certainly not let down. Ken was the technician that came out and was very professional, wore uniforms with their names so I felt comfortable and trusted them in our home. They did an excellent job. They were a slightly more expensive then their competitors when I was shopping coupons on the internet, but I guess you get what you pay for -

Excellent job cleaning our carpets. Very happy with the services, they made out 11 year old carpets look great especially after 5 kids!The guys came and did a great job, very upfront and easy to talk to, needless to say they did a greater job than I would have ever expected.

Awesome Apex Carpet Cleaners My Apex office and Cary home were just completed by Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning.

They gave me a better deal than any one else I called and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpets in both locations.

They were much better than the last place I had. I will definitely have them return every year and refer them to my friends.

Cleaned carpeting upstairs and downstairs in 1500 square foot house.

Mediocre job at best. After he left, I found trails of "red stain" in several places on carpet. Overall, the carpet did not look that much better. Later I spent $100 to buy a steam cleaner and did a superior job myself. My real estate broker was very impressed with my work
