"We love them. They are very good and very reliable. They did a great job. We really like them and they are fantastic. We can contact them over the internet. We can fix a schedule and everything through it. Then they will call us back and confirm what we want; then they will come out and do the work. We had water which they could have used, but they carry their own water to clean the carpets. They did a great job. We like their price and they are great. We will use Steam Machine again in the future."

Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning of Apex
did such a good job that I already have refered them to my friends.
When Ken offered us 3M ScotchGard carpet protector for the whole house for only $60 I thought that this was a joke! In Fact the last three carpet cleaners charged me over $150! No Joke, not only did I watch Ken pour the ScotchGard from its container into a sprayer, but I watched as it was applied!
No scam here, these are honest carpet cleaners (it's about time).
Anyway, I do recommend Steam Machine to all of you City Searchers...

Greatest Carpet Cleaner – We just
received a very good and prompt carpet cleaning and spot removal service from Tom and Alex, who was very prompt in returning our calls and quick to provide us with the information we needed to resolve our carpet issues. We are pleased with Steam Machines professional service and honest approach. There was not any confusion or guess work in the price or the work that was done. We had some very difficult spots in our carpet that I have been trying to remove for the past year, some of them red. They were able to remove them in no time. What a Excellent job cleaning our
carpets. Very happy with the services, they made 10 year old carpet look great.
The guys came and did a great job, very upfront and easy to talk to. I would of course rehire them to come back any time and do the cleaning process again. Excellent and an immediate 5 stars.

Great experience. Had carpets in entire house cleaned any they look so much better. The two man team was courteous, professional, and did a great job. Sent a message to friends asking for recommendations for carpet cleaners, and Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning was highly recommended. Very pleased with the work they did, plan to call them again to clean sofas.

Fantastic Customer Service. I called
Steam Machine for a yearly carpet cleaning. It was just before the holidays and after not having a good experience with another company the year before, I hoped Steam machine would provide better service and quality workmanship...and I was certainly not let down. Ken was the technician that came out and was very professional, wore uniforms with their names so I felt comfortable and trusted them in our home. They did an excellent job. They were a slightly more expensive then their competitors when I was shopping coupons on the internet, but I guess you get what you pay for -
