Horrible customer serevice.
first of all I called this place 5 times today to try to get a last minute brow wax. I knew it would be a long shot, but I would have hoped they would have answered the phone. Anyway, they did call me back and amazingly got me in for an appt. That was great, until I got there. I got to my appt 10 min early and Dee Dee introduced herself and then preceded to tell me that she double booked my appt and I would have to wait an hour?! Are you kidding me? You could have called and cancelled ahead of time. That would have been more considerate then announcing in front if everyone that I didn't have an appt. And then Dee Dee looked shocked, like why would I be mad about that. She really didn't even apologize. I don't know who regularly goes to this facility, but you must have low expectations.
And the building isn't labeled correctly and they didn't tell you that when you call. Good luck staying in business with this service. Too bad, nice location too.
I would like to apologize to you again for the confusion on Monday. I knew when you left, because you were so upset, I would probably receive a bad review from you. I did tell you to come in but I also informed you that I did not have my schedule in from of me. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes and sadly I did not realize that I had another client scheduled that evening and at the same time until I arrived. Therefore, it did not leave me a lot of time to call you to let you know. And the shock on my face was not suprise that you were upset, but more that you were not willing to stay or come back in an after being insistant on an appointment that night. I do, however, feel horrible that you had a bad first experience as this is not the norm if you read the other reviews. Hopefully, if you allow me and are willing, we can start off on a new note!
