Most Relaxing and Fun Salon in Raleigh!!!. From the minute you walk into Shag & Garnish you know that you have found a salon that you will call home! The staff is super welcoming and the stylists are Fabulous and so much fun to be around! The services are beyond anything else i have ever received in Raleigh - and they even offer you a complimentary glass of wine! If you are looking for stylists that listen, "get" you and then deliver, than Shag & Garnish is your choice!

Fabulous Hair and Color. As far as I am concerned Shag & Garnish have the top Hair Designers in Raleigh. You would think everyone trained in New York. Tana has been doing my hair for ten years now. The experience you receive is top notch. Not to mention the hair cut and color is so easy to maintain. I am stopped everywhere I go by people asking me where I get my hair cut and colored. Never will i Love Another! Shag and Garnish forever!. I am a stylist of 10 years that begun working at Salon Shag and Garnish this past March after leaving a more corporate salon environment. It is the perfect mix of organic elegance, nice clean lines, and laid back cool. The change for myself and my clients has been unreal. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile, offered a look around their full in house jewelry bar, all while sipping on your glass of complimentary red or white. Everything I've ever wanted in a salon home lives here. You can't have to many genuine people. And Shag and Garnish is filled to the brim. Along with some of the most brilliant colors, dynamic cuts, and even some hair extensions (i think, they looked to natural to even tell) lol. I love this place, you'll see what I mean as soon as you walk in. See you soon!

Amazing!. My experience at Shag and Garnish was incredible! I'm new to the area, and decided to walk in on a whim. I am so glad I did! I was greeted like I was already family the moment I stepped in the door. Everyone was so friendly, it was a breath of fresh air. My stylist was Elizabeth, and she was fantastic!! I got the best shampoo I've ever had, and an amazing haircut and color. I really loved how she was so personable and friendly. I'm definetely a client for life with Elizabeth!

Top Notch Salon!. I am so happy to say that I've finally found a salon where I feel at home. I recently had my first appointment at Salon Shag and Garnish with Tana, and oh my god! I have never enjoyed myself so much at a salon. I walked in to a beautifully designed space and fell in love instantly. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, she stood up to greet me and took my coat for me without me even having to ask. I was even offered lunch at a nearby restaurant of my choice! Tana took her time speaking with me during the consultation about what I wanted to achieve with my hair, she really helped me to articulate exactly what I wanted. The shampoo I got from one of her assistants was truly relaxing, and she was also a pleasure to talk with. To me that stood out, its hard to find a salon where everyone working there seems to enjoy their job! The whole vibe I got from the salon was positive, upbeat, trendy, simply amazing. And the best thing about my visit? Tana gave me the best haircut of my life! I will never again spend endless hours searching for the right stylist and salon, Shag & Garnish far exceeded my expectations, and then some!
