I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Amy. From the start, Amy's professional, friendly personality helped affirm our decision to work with her company to sell our property. Amy went above and beyond to help us stage and sell our house in a timely fashion and made sure we got the market value of our house in an economy that was just starting to go downhill. She also spent many evenings emailing us properties she thought we would like based on our criteria. I also appreciated her frequent communication and the fact that she accommodated our crazy schedule if there was a house we wanted to see. My husband and I had very specific requirements of the type of community we wanted to live in because at the time we had just begun growing our family. I can honestly say that Amy took us to see over 35 houses. While most realtors may have lost patience with us after a certain point, Amy did not. She not only found us the perfect house, but when we closed, you could tell she was genuinely happy for us. I have already recommended her services to close friends; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy and her team to anyone! Definitely a win-win!

Amy helped me with my purchase of a home while I was going through my divorce and it was a seamless process. It if was not for her, I would not have gotten the brand new furnace that I did because she had a great home inspector look at the house and she negotiated with the owner to be sure the home was in the best possible condition and everything was replaced as needed. It was my experience that they were great advocates and very professional. I recommend her to my clients because as a divorce attorney, I need to be sure my folks have the best and that person is Amy Tortorella.

We recently used Amy as a buyer's agent in Raleigh, NC. She did a great job from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about North Raleigh neighborhoods and we felt confident following her advice. We will recommend her to friends and family!

Too, too Nice - In a Bad Way!. I choe this company to sell my townhome and for the purchase of my new home. (Note to reader - they do no advertising of your home other than putting it online) The townhome sold in a month - not because of them, but because it was beautiful.

During both the sale of the townhome and the purchase of my new home, if there was an isssue - and there were a few, I was the one who had to dig my heels in the ground and say "It's in the contract!"

Their philosophy is to be SO nice so they get return business. They don't know how to just say no - it's in the contract, or to push for your rights because it's in the contract.

There was one week I was in bed due to the stress, and my realtor was also. Everything would have been better if they could have just known how to say NO.

I've never been so happy as I was when the final closing took place and I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Next time I want someone with large cahunas!
