WILL NEVER RETURN! HORRIBLE PLACE!. My friends and I visited this place 2.5 weeks ago on a Saturday night. We were disappointed with the bar service due to the 15 min wait to get a drink, the DJ refusing to play more than 30 seconds of every song, and most of all we were greatly disappointed in Noir's customer service. One of my friends believed he left his debit card at the bar. We have called NUMEROUS times (they never answered no matter what time you call), left MULTIPLE messages, and even sent an email to please let us know if the card was in their possession or not. We have not received one single response in two weeks!!!! We are disappointed and saddened that this is how they treat their customers. Needless to say we will not be returning to Noir! If you want to go to a bar that charges upper scale prices for horrible service then NOIR is the place to go. We will be taking our money else where...
