Awful Customer Service. I've been going to this Pizza Hut location for about 2 years, but I decided never to return after my last visit earlier this month.

I placed an order online as I've done several times before and it gave me an estimated time for pick up. I arrived about 10 minutes past their estimated time and STILL had to wait ANOTHER 35 MINUTES for my one basic pizza to be ready.

I finally was ready to cancel the order completely, but they kept promising it would be out "in a few more minutes." I was obviously upset about the inexcusable wait and although they halfheartedly apologized verbally, they offered no compensation to please me as an unhappy customer such as a voucher or certificate.

There are other Pizza Hut locations and many other pizza places in Raleigh. I would recommend going to any of those instead of the Tarrymore Square Pizza Hut because of their poor customer service.
