Had a great experience. They showed up on time for estimate and then to do the work just as they said they would. Accurately trimmed the trees as we had discussed. Unusual to see this kind of professionalism these days.

We were so pleased our service with Leaf and Limb and will definitely call them again. I was amazed how fast and neat they were in removing our trees. You would never had known they had removed three trees which were nestled around several large flower beds packed with our beloved plants. They were punctual and courteous as well which goes along way with me.

Professional in every way - Great staff. Had several large trees to remove and got estimates from several tree companies. I learned that my neighbor had arranged for Leaf and Limb to remove trees from his yard as well. Colin gave me a very fair estimate and arrangements were made to do the work in the side-by-side yards the same day.

Men and equipment arrived on time and went quickly to work setting up. A crane was used and I was fascinated watching the process. There were enough workers on the ground to make short work of the tree sections as they were placed on the ground.

Between my neighbor and myself, 11 trees were taken down that day. There was little clean-up still left for the second day. We had anticipated 3 days to complete, so they were way ahead of schedule.

Leaf and Limb had the equipment and the manpower to tackle the job. I was kept apprised of the plan and schedule. I will certainly call them again.

Freindly, professional and great job. Colin came out and gave us an estimate after walking the property and asking lots of questions. The scheduling dept. was friendly and worked around my schedule when scheduling the time and date of service. The workers were prompt, again walked through in detail all work that was going to be done and were all very friendly and professional. The job they did was awesome, my Bradford Pears have never looked so good and the yard was left immaculate. I would most definetly use Leaf and Limb Tree Service in the future.

The way it should be. Everyone at Leaf & Limb is very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I called them to clean up a fallen dead tree and 2 standing dead trees. Colin came out and walked the property with me an identified several other dead trees that needed to go. He emailed a detailed estimate shortly thereafter and was easily accessible to discuss it. The crew was on time, quick and efficient and the overall experience was great.

Great customer service and professional job. Had a great experience getting a large (dying) Maple tree removed. They sent a very knowledgeable estimator out to the house, followed up promptly with an estimate, and performed the work neatly and without disturbing anything in the yard or surrounding plants. Their customer service folks keep you in the loop about when the work is scheduled and are very helpful.

Made my life easier!. My neighbor had some trees cut down, and Leaf and Limb showed up the next morning with a stump grinder to finish the job. I had a long list of projects that needed doing in my yard, one of which was getting rid of two stumps in my back yard. I walked over and asked the technician if he might be interested in more work while he was in the neighborhood. He came over right then to look at what needed to be done. He gave me a verbal estimate and told me he'd be back a little later with a written estimate and that he'd be happy to do the job. He was using a small self-propelled unit which is exactly what I needed since the stumps were near my drain field and a truck couldn't be driven back there. He ground out the stumps in about an hour and left me a nice neat pile of mulch to use in my flower beds. I was very pleased with the whole transaction, and without one minute of planning, one major task on my to-do list was taken care of for a very reasonable price! I'd call them again in a skinny minute.

Professional and Responsive Service. I've used Leaf & Limb twice now, and I've been so pleased with the service, I've recommended them to a friend who has now used them (and is is also thrilled with them). I had a hard time initially getting tree contractors to actually show up when agreed, and been stood up more than once. From the time I called Leaf & Limb until they finished the job, they have been super. Colin showed up for the estimate both times, when promised! He clearly knows his business, and was so professional - in dress, manner and conversation. The crew came when promised each time, with a call/email the weekend before to confirm. The workers did a good job taking down the trees, hauling away the debris, and leaving the yard in good shape. They were also very pleasant when spoken to. The price was very fair & competitive. But they got the job because of their professional service. I will definitely call again when I need tree/shrub work!
