Great customer service, fair prices, overall very good. We've been taking our cars to this shop for two years now. The owner Chris is FANTASTIC as well as his staff when it comes to customer service. They've always been fair, kept their promises and overcompensated when things didn't turn out as we paid for. Their prices are very fair and they are very willing to offer discounts for AAA members.

I will say that they are sometimes "sloppy" with their work. For example oil changes sometimes are not completed correctly and you need to bring the car back to have it re-done or they'll leave off a connecting part or not tighten it as tight as it should be. However, they ALWAYS make it up to you in other ways.

I tried other shops in the area just to see if I could find more accuracy, but felt like I was getting ripped off (charged for light bulbs that I know were NOT burned out, etc.) So in the end, you may have to put up with a bit of sloppiness, but I appreciate never being ripped off and always having a SUPER customer experience at this shop.

Not Recommended. I don't know what happened to the review we wrote, but we are still paying (on our credit card) for the screw ups made at this shop!

Early in 2007, we took our 2002 VW Jetta in for a minor leak in the exhaust. To make a very, long story short...after four return visits, we ended up at the Leith VW in Cary. We had to replace the entire exhaust system that the boys at Meineke ruined, to the Tune of $1,700

So. excuse us for being bitter, but money that would have gone into my son's college fund, is paying the credit card bill.

I think it's only fair that this review remain here until we can pay off the debt!
