Pass on the Gift Certificate. The pedicure was fine. The front desk service was rude. They were totally unprofessional and demanding. I will never go again, and I have told my friends and my book club to stay away.

Great Waxing and Skin services. Betty is very professional and explains everything she does. I have been very hesitant since moving to NC from NJ to have bikini waxing done as I have had terrible experiences. B Roman is the exception. It has been more than a week and there is almost no regrowth, the process was quick and painless.

Very Pleased. Hi. I went to B Roman for nail services and LOVED the Spa. The staff are so professional and skilled and being small is so much better than the crowded, bargain nail boxes.

I found the selection of nail colors to include current trends as well as the classics. It was wonderful to not be overwhelmed by too many choices and having to chase down my color.

I will return to this spa and can't wait to try the other services. People tell me that the massages and facials are AWESOME!

Disappointed. Waited over 5 weeks for appointment for pedicure/manicure...paper thin walls where you hear every word so you need to be silent...offered 3 outdated magazines...small selection of polish which chipped off the next day. Will never return nor recommend.

Amazing Massage!!!. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to write about the most incredible massage I got from Esther.

I'm a traveler, and I've received quite a bit of massage over the years, and Esther is the best I have ever experienced.

She spent some time in the beginning to go over my expectations and any problems I was having.

I was incredibly impressed at how she immediately found my 'problem areas'. I have chronic pain and headaches, and when we were done I could move in ways I haven't in a long time.

She answered questions in such a manner that I could understand how the muscles were responding to her work. She chatted when I wanted to chat a bit, and then she just let me drift away, with only a few check in's for pressure comfort.

It was so incredible I can't wait to book my next appointment.

The only things that put me off a bit were the noise outside the massage room- I could hear heels of shoes clicking down the hall as well as the person doing nails chatting with her client. I think next time I'll try to come at a less busy time. Also, When I checked in the receptionist was a bit brisk with me, but maybe she was just really busy. Both of those things will not deter me from returning.

If you want an amazing massage, book one with Esther!!

Great massage with Wendy!!. I am a massage junkie and very particular about what I like. A friend recommended that I get a massage from Wendy and I am very glad that I took her advice. I have become a regular client since. I enjoy a massage that will work out the 'kinks' .... and that is just what I got. I have had many massages: some really good ones as well as some not-so-good ones. Wendy not only has the technique down, but has the touch as well. My friend is a talker and I was afraid that maybe she liked her massage so much because of the conversation, but Wendy was by no means a 'chatty' one. She actually made a point to let me know that she doesn't initiate conversation but checked in with me a few times to see how I was doing. If you love a great massage you need to give her a try!!

Nice waxing. The atmosphere is relaxing and the waxer I had was pleasant to be around but not make you uncomfortable. I got my first couple of brazilians here and they were fantastic. For my honeymoon I found a cheaper "package deal" with another waxing place in Raleigh and it was terrible and I wish I had not pinched a few pennies for that. I also went to a place in Wilmington because a friend was nervous about getting her first wax alone (we weren't in the same room of course but I went ahead of her and walked out in one piece so she felt comfortable). That one was "okay" not terrible and not above and beyond. I couldn't believe how spoiled I was at B Roman with my waxing until after those two experiences. Lucky for me though I just moved back in town :)

Best Spa and Best Facial in the Triange. I have been going to B Roman for facials for about 9 years now. I first saw Betty when she owned a smaller spa in Cary before she opened B Roman. I was sold the first time I saw her for a facial. I would not trust anyone else with my skin. B Roman is by far the best spa to get very relaxing and very thorough facial. Betty is the most knowledgeable esthetician in the triangle. I have been to other spas in the area for facials and no one gives a facial or has the knowledge like B Roman. Throughout the years I have seen Betty and at least 3 other estheticians for my facials at B Roman. All estheticians are very knowledgeable and trained and give excellent service. I get compliments all the time on my skin and get told I look 10 years younger. My good skin is a result of B Roman facials and great products that I purchase from B Roman. I highly recommend B Roman for facials and other services such as massages.

Best in Cary!. I visited Betty after experiencing adult onset acne in my 40s. 3 Doctors later, I was still breaking out in magnanimous proportions. I had already been to another spa and was told by the owner that there was nothing she could do for me. Humiliated and depressed, I turned to Betty for help. At our initial consult she was so warm and encouraging that I almost started crying. She assured me she would help and sure enough, within 2 months my face started clearing up. I've been going regularly for maintenance and it's worth every penny! Betty takes her time and we usually run over in sessions. So if you have to wait a few minutes it's because you'll get the same treatment. I highly recommend.

Nice spa and massage, bad facial. I had a massage and facial at this beautiful spa this past Saturday. The spa is lovely and relaxing. I was very impressed with the massage with Jeff. He was professional, friendly, provided an excellent service, and was very attentive to meet customer needs. I could not say enough about him and would go back to this spa just for him!

The facial I had was disappointing, to say the very least. I have had facials all over the country and used to work at a world class spa so I've had them all from outstanding to beginner quality. The service that Dana provided was very mechanical and cold. While she even went to the trouble to ask me in the beginning why I get facials and I replied ' to relax', she still didn't get it. She whipped through each step as if she could not wait to get it over with. When she first walked in to see me and after the few moments of letting me sit and relax with the mask on my face, she came back both times and smelled like peanut butter. She made a ton of noise all the time in the background with opening and closing cabinets, and just plain seemed annoyed that someone was even there. I would NOT go back to her again, but would consider letting the spa redeem itself and trying out another tech. While I feel she knew what she was doing, I did not at all feel like she liked her job and was just going through the motions.
