ABSOLUTE WORST SPA IN THE AREA! save your money!. Ok I previously wrote a tip and have to readjust -- B ROMAN IS A NIGHTMARE. It is seriously THE WORST spa in Cary. Oh and don't let the photos or address fool you, they have moved to a dingy townhome apartment thing in Cary, it is totally disgusting. I'm actually not sure HOW they are still in business; I guess the owner treats her few regular clients WAY better than she treats new ones. I had a gift certificate to them but when I called there were no available appointments. When I asked to speak with the owner, she declared that weekdays after 5pm and weekends (the only time I'm free as a working woman) are "primetime" and for "paying customers only" - UH HELLO the person who gave me the certificate ALREADY paid you?! I had to wait 3 weeks past my birthday to get a sub-par service in a gross apartment where I was offered tap water and stale crackers that looked half-eaten already. And on top of that, I saw the owner DOUBLE DIP her stick when waxing my eyebrows, and then SAVE it instead of throwing it away. I can only imagine how many bikini waxes she has done with that one stick.. EW EW EW.

Seriously - this place is out of a horror film, PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else far far away from here.

I've been going to B Roman for years because they offer such high quality services and products. When I first started getting facials I bounced around to many different businesses, and once I found Betty and her team, I stuck with them. It's well worth it. I highly recommend them!

Used employees $$$$ to relocated & won't pay them....... I can't believe that Betty & Kemal refuses to pay their employees their last pay check which should have been well over 2weeks ago. That means their withholding their tips as well, which there clients have paid to them in advance. What kind of business owners would do such a thing?

They refuse to answer anyone's concerning their money. They have to continually go through Fahya, who is the front desk staff member to get unanswered questions, which by the way have gotten her check already for "some odd reason", I guess because she was the only person offered a job when they closed the doors not letting their employees know until the day of...

What they are doing is against the law and I don't know why anyone would want to do business with people like this. They are located at: 109 Brady Court, in Cary off Kildaire Farm Road in a Townhouse across from the Hiebernian Restaurant, which they wouldn't even tell their former employees where they were relocating to.

Kemal actually admitted to some of his employees that he took their money and used it to relocated his business & that's why they couldn't pay them their money which is owed to them....What kind of $#!^ is that. They get no respect from me at all and would would advise any & everyone not to do business with them. If I had a gift certificate from them I would tear it up & call it a "win" situation, not a lose.

Their employees didn't deserve how they were treated and It's probably great that they weren't offered a job. Their better off somewhere else. I would definitely "NOT" recommend this spa "AT ALL". They should all file a claim with the Department of Labor. This is an outrage.... It's unbelievable that I have to even give them a star, which they don't deserve, to be able to post this review.

THE PLACE IS VACANT!. I know times are tough right now and businesses are struggling, but this spa is struggling in more ways than one. I have been coming here on and off for years and have seen them decline. They closed their Lochmere location over a year ago. I wanted to support Betty and traveled to the Stonecreek location after that (even though it wasn't convenient for me), but I will now find a new spa. The big red flag came when I dropped by last week to see if I could make an appointment and THE PLACE WAS VACANT!!! I panicked as I had just received (and given) gift certificates for the holidays. I called the phone number and was forced to leave a voice mail as no one ever answered. My call was returned with extremely vague information. They were 'in between' locations at the moment and would 'announce' shortly where and when they would open up. How crazy is that!!?

Please heed my advice and find another spa to go to. I have overheard many inappropriate conversations on my visits to see Betty and most came from her and her husband. This is not a professional place and the writing is on the wall. I have had to wait in the 'relaxation room' (what a joke!) and bear witness to the owners arguing to such an extreme that I really thought I should leave, but was too uncomfortable to do so.

I believe that any positive reviews are solicited by the owners if not written themselves. They appear at the most opportune times.

It may have been the place to go years ago, but it sure isn't anymore.

B Roman Spa continues to be best in area. After trying several spas in the Raleigh and Cary areas over the past 8 years, I consistently find that the B Roman Spa is the best! I keep coming back to this spa because of the friendly staff, excellent services, great product line and the highly skilled and dedicated owner, Betty. I completely disagree with the review by "SpaMePlease24". Every time I have had a service at B Roman Spa, the place was spotless and I've received more than I expected in terms of quality service. Betty probably has the best training of any spa owner in the area. She has high standards for her employees and carries exceptional products for face and body.

Kudos to fantastic Staff. Kudos to Georgetta , I have been coming to B Roman Spa

for many years - The staff is what makes a business what it is. Georgetta is fabulous, her knowledge and professionalism can not be matched. I always know she makes my skin better looking, stronger and glowing and I could not be more pleased.

THE Premier Spa of the Cary, Raleigh Area!!. This spa is wonderful!!! Everytime I've been there, I have been royally treated. I have been a client at this spa for 20 years. The owner gives wonderful facials. .She has extensive training and expertise in her field, and is always very professional and pleasant. I've had facials at other spas, but never any as good or professional as the ones at B Roman Day Spa.

They also have wonderful massage therapists. I love the pampered relaxed feeling I have when I leave this spa.

The Spa itself is always very neat and clean. It has a wonderful ambiance with it's warm colors and soft lights....very chic!

I highly recommend this spa!!! You will be very pleased when you visit this spa!!!

great spa. I have gone to B Roman for years for waxing. Betty is consistently excellent and the only person I trust to shape my brows. The spa is clean and inviting. A great experience!

Terrible experience....did not honor groupons. I had a terrible experience with this salon. I purchased groupons for massage and facial because their Lochmere location was near my home. When I called to schedule...I was treated poorly after realizing that I was scheduling with a groupon and was told I had minimal time selection. Then when I went to confirm my appt they had taken it off their schedule and told me that I had to use the other salon (twice this happened) Appt time just disappeared. I complained because the whole purpose was to use a salon 5 min from me not 30 and they reluctantly scheduled me. When I went to use my second one they sent me to their other location because they closed Lochmere. I had the WORST facial I have ever had. I wrote an email to the manager/owner only to find out that it was she who gave me the facial. They offered me a comp facial but then would not honor my other groupons. Groupon gave me back my money. DO NOT GO HERE...please don't give her your business. Rude, treated me like second class because groupon.

worst mani/pedi, rude to customer. I bought a groupon, and was treated as if I were second class. Scheduling was horrendous. And the mani/pedi I had fell off within 2 days. The polish simply peeled off in sheets. It's a shame. The spa itself is very nicely decorated. Even though Groupons are discounted, I thought they were intended to build business. It did more harm than good, in my case. It's no surprise that they had to close their Lochmere spa.
