Needed to get the timing belt of my 2002 Honda Accord Coupe changed. I called Leith Honda and got a quote. I called Westgate Imports and found their quote was $100 less than Leith. They changed my timing belt and the service was excellent. They made an appointment and the process was seamless. The car was ready when they told me it would be. I have not had any problems with the car since the service. Joanna was a big help and I will come back to Westgate Imports for more service.

Recently had body work done. I have never been so impressed with service from David, Justin &Joanna. I have bought 2 cars from them all the while using their company for servicing my vehicle & my husband's. I refer all my friends to westgateimports. I have been a happy client for over 10 years.

Runflat and Low Profile Tire Friendly

As a long time driver of high end vehicles (BMW's) which unfortunately come with run-flats Westgate is your source for replacement success. My vehicles suffered no rim damage because they are true run-flat and low pro tire experts. Their prices are also much more competitive as compared to any local dealer. Thank you Westgate!

Exceeded Expectations

I have had Westgate Imports do repairs to two of my autos, and I was exceptionally pleased with the work done on each. The paint matched exactly, everything was done that was supposed to be done, and it was done on time. In addition, Westgate Imports provided me with the lowest estimate, which really pleased me! I would highly recommend them.

Above & Beyond My Expectations

The Ladies & Gentlemen at West Gate went above and beyond any type of mechanic I have ever used.

I had my van toward into West Gate and was told that it needed a NEW fuel pump.

Now the fuel pump in my van is in the gas tank so I already knew going in that it was going to cost me.

Received a call the next day and was told that YES it was the fuel pump and the cost was like in the $700.00 dollar range.

OK, so a day later I go into WEST GATE after receiving a call saying hat my van was done.

As I am waiting for the young lady at the front desk she hands me my bill and it was only for $100 and some change.

I asked if this was correct and that she mite of handed me the wrong bill and she said no that they (West Gate) made a mistake.

They brought me to the garage area and I spoke with the Manager and Mechanic and they informed me that they checked everything and just knew it was the fuel pump but after putting the NEW fuel pump & wiring it still did not work.

What they found out was that the fuel pump relay was being shaking loose every time they lifted up the van so the first time they raised it up it was working.

Anyway they gave me the NEW fuel pump and wiring for FREE.

They admitted a mistake and handled it like true professionals.

People do you understand what I am saying!

They could have lied about the whole thing and I would of never of known the difference, because I was ready and willing to pay the amount that I was quoted.

Now I NEVER do reviews but I just felt the need to let people know that WEST GATE will always be the place for me to take any of my vehicles and feel confident of quality work and honest business practice.
