Shera is the best!!. I love the way Shera really can take what I want and do it! Her work is the best! To me Warren Scott is the best because of Shera, I loved the way she did my hair! I am so happy about my cut and style of my hair, I have never been this happy with my hair before!

Focus on Customer Satisfaction. I have been going to Warren Scott for a couple of years. I switched to them because my other salon went up in price and I just couldn't afford them anymore. I have been very pleased with the hair cuts I have gotten from Nathan. He takes his time and asks lots of questions as he cuts to ensure he is giving me the style I want. My experience this week exceeded my expectations. After wearing my hair long for about a year, I decided to get it cut short. I told Nathan what I wanted and he gave me what I asked for. However, when I returned home and started trying to style it, I realized that I need more layers. So, I went back two days later and Nathan cut more off. I am totally thrilled with the new cut. I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten in the last 24 hours. The real treat was that the salon didn't charge me for the "re-cut" - even though it was not their fault. They are truly interested in my satisfaction. I have only gotten color at Warren Scott a couple of times, but I have been completely satisfied with that too, even though it is a little pricey! Bottom line - this is a salon that is comfortable, welcoming, and has the best customer service that I have received in a long time!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. i recently moved her from another town and i had looked for a salon for a long time, when i called and talked to scott he was sooo friendly, he took time out to do a consult because of my allergies and he spent so much time with me making sure that we were using the right color formula. he gave me the perfect hair color and the perfect cut and i love it!! i have gotten so many comments from friends and strangers on both the cut and color and how good it looks. i am so happy with my hair, scott was excellent, as well as all of the staff at his salon!! i love it, love it!!! i will definitely will be going back!!!!

Not what I had hoped for. Went to Warren Scott Salon expecting high quality service after my intial consultation. First cut and color was done well-

VERY EXPENSIVE. Went back for services and was handed off to another stylist due to "being overbooked". Due to lack of consistancy with staff and being handed over to other stylist during my other visits my hair has become damaged due to over processing.

Best salon in the area!. I have lived in several places being married to the military and i travel an hour and a half for Scott to do my hair. He is the greatest! He doesn't give you a haircut you can't style once you leave the salon and he pays attention to the kind of person you are and your lifestyle to give you something that is appropriate. He is worth every minute of my drive. He just did my color for the first time yesterday and people were asking me in the mall "Who does your hair"... even the guy that works at Saks when I went in there to get a few things. I have never in my life received this many compliments. Even my husband is impressed. I definately recommend making an appointment. All the stylists are friendly and seem to work really well together and Kristen (the salon coordinator) is so sweet and friendly. The place is small and cozy and is so relaxing. I could easily spend a whole day there just sitting and talking to people.

Great Cut and Yummy Bumble & Bumble Products. Loved the cut, loved the stylist and loved the Bumble and Bumble products that I could only get in Santa Barbara.

service? what service?. Had a consult with Warren Scott who told me he was very expensive. I scheduled with one of the women he recommended. Was pleased with my first service, the second service I did not get the same girl though I Had made an appointment with her. I was handed over to someone else, who did not do my hair the same great way. No apologies were made when I complained about it, so I took my business elsewhere. Mr. Scott, the competition is tough in this area, get your act together.

Disgusting. After being a loyal customer of this salon for over two years I moved to another state. When my new colorist asked if I knew what products had been used on my hair as far as the color formulation I didn't know. When I e-mailed the salon they told me they would provide it for $200!!! So much for loyalty...............!!

Horrible service and no apologies!. I had never been to Warren Scott's Salon before, and wanted to schedule a consultation prior to getting cut/color. When I made the appointment, Warren Scott answered the phone and scheduled the consultation with him personally. I rearranged my schedule and took time off of work to meet with him. When I arrived the receptionist said that Mr. Scott would be with me shortly. After waiting for more than 30 minutes he had still not appeared (he was there, I heard him in the back). I told the receptionist that I coudn't wait any longer and left. There is no excuse for the owner of this establishment to behave this way. He had my contact information and could have called to apologize for wasting my afternoon. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere, and I spend A LOT of money to keep my hair looking good!

FABULOUS!. I have just recently moved to the triangle area. I tried Warren Scott about a month ago and had a wonderful experience. My stylist was Bridget. She spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and making sure that I was happy! This was my first experience with professional colour and it was FABULOUS! My new style required a razor cut...and this is the first one I've had that has looked good...and it continues to look good...weeks later! If you're searching for a hair stylists I would highly recommend Bridget or anyone working with Warren Scott! My cut was very resonably priced (35) and my colour was a bit expensive...but like I said...FABULOUS! I'm looking forward to my next visit at the salon!!! ...did I mention that I'm very picky about hair stylists (first time I've been happy in years)!
