I went by the Briar Creek location and sold some odds & ends that I had been collecting. The personnel are very nice and extremely patient (we had quite a few things to look through). I got $50 that I really didn't expect!

I went to the Falls of Neuse location and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted kindly by an Associate, then dealt with Miss Kylie Kopp. She impressed me with her knowledge as I had worked in the gold and silver business for 15 years. I received more than I thought. I recommend this place to everyone that needs to buy or sell gold and silver!

I visited Raleigh Gold Jewelry on Falls of Neuse and found the staff to be welcoming and delightful to do business with. I dealt with Peter Sutton who was very professional and gave me his undivided attention. I found this store to be a very comfortable place to do business as well as ethical.

I went to the new location at Falls and Spring Forest. It was a very good experience - I've never had anyone show me the actual testing of the gold before and explain the process. They were super-friendly, and I got a great price for my gold!

I went to the Falls of Neuse location over the weekend. Peter had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. I was selling some jewelry and got much more than expected. I would highly recommend a visit to this location.

I went to Raleigh Gold Jewlery Exchange & Showroom today and was very pleased with the exceptional service and knowledge that had. Peter and James really made me feel welcomed and made sure they laid all of my coinage out to make sure I knew exactly what each one was and how much it was going to be worth. The two gentelmen were very helpful and I could not of asked for any better services. The prices were very fair and I would reccomend this store to EVERYONE! I will be returning myself next week and wish the best for this great company. This store represents what the true definition of customer service really should be like! Very Much Recommended !

I had never sold any jewelry before today and I honestly didn't know what to expect. The service was outstanding and I learned so much about how a fair price was determined for my items. Peter and James walked me through the process and I walked out of the store a short time later with a check in my hands!! Truly, this was a great customer service experience and I am looking forward to returning soon.

This company is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly businesses in the area. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I would, without a doubt, rate them a "10" and recommend my family/friends to go take a look at their showroom!
