Tips for King's Auto Service Inc

Easily the best service in Raleigh. Very honest, timely and flexible. King's Auto goes above and beyond what is expected. I would recommend their service to anyone. All the people I have told to go to King's Auto have been beyond satisfied with their service. Keep it up!

Fortunately we haven't had too many car repair needs since we've been in town, but our experiences so far with Kings has been great. Fast and thorough customer service and they responded quickly to a follow-up repair after my initial visit. Will keep going to them in the future for help.

Don't go anywhere else!. Other than pumping my own gas I don't do anything with my car without these guys! In fact I consider my car their car and their responsibility and they always rise to the occasion... Not only do I always feel taken care of I know for a fact I've never been taken advantage of and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else... I have tons of clients that now go to see Matt @ King's and they ALL have learned why I brag about how awesome he is and they too would never go anywhere else!!!

True Concern. I have used King's Auto for many years ~ and will no longer buy a car without getting their 'review'. I believe them to be honest, caring, reliable all while being very capable. I appreciate that they explain why and what they are doing.

My last car (a GM) was retired from my service with 312,000 miles on it.

THANX for your great care.

beware, especially young females. I'd been before & they had done a great job, that?s why I had my car towed here when it didn?t start. It turned out to be the battery, first quote: $200 for disposal, $120 for a new battery, $50+ for labor! I asked my older brother for advice. To get the car out of the shop it would cost $57 for the diagnostic, fine. I?d deal with the battery myself. When I went to pick up the car, I asked to see a print out of the test, ?Our machine doesn?t do that.? Ok, like anyone, if I?m gonna pay $57 I?d like to know something was done. How do I know if they just turned over the car and knew, they obviously have more experience than I do. The clerk suggested redoing the test, "That'd be great," I said. With a huff he left and told the tech. Literally a minute later, after hooking up one clip to the + and one to the - it was done. The tech who did the test was very nice, thank you. Was that so hard? I was told if I was going to question their work then I needed to find a new shop. Are you kidding me? To repeat a battery test?? or were you trying to skim a little off the top? I told him, if I was going to be charged almost $500 for a new battery I would. On the way to Advance Auto Parts, which tests, disposes and installs batteries for FREE, the clerk called me back. I thought we could clear the air, resolve this. He called to cover his own backside, simply didn?t want a rep of ripping people off, because I told him that I'd be sure to tell everyone I knew about what happened. Then he said I had misheard him, the total for installation was $201 and some change. I know what I heard, why would I not just have them replace it and be over with it? He then quoted the battery at $108...no, not gonna work the second time around. Got everything at Advance for a little over $80 and a warranty. Lesson learned. Don't let some guy intimidate you because you're being practical, it's your hard earned cash.
