Destroyed 2 wheels and a tire and did not even tell me. Rude. unprofessional and basicly crooks.

Absolutely awful. The owner - if you see him, he's a short man with white hair - is such a two-faced, cowardly crook I cannot believe it. I took my friend to pick up her car and they mark up their prices on parts to an insane degree. He is outright mean to his employees and then turns right back around and pretends that everything is fine when he talks to you.

I've told her to never go there again. Avoid avoid avoid.

The service and accommodating service at this establishment was top of the line. I would recommend this them to anyone who is in need of auto repair or tire purchase. I was given friendly, knowledgeable service by a well trained staff and was treated with honesty and respect. I will continue to patronize them and will continue to recommend them as well.

I was really impressed with their knowledge of tires. I had called around to several local tire places, but even though these guys weren't the cheapest, they knew the most about what they were selling. I got my new tires put on yesterday, and my car now drives like a brand new car....and they even had my car professionally cleaned for me when I came to pick it up. I'll definitely be back.

Just back from my car's annual inspection with these folks. Friendly and prompt service, no extra charges, no pushiness about any extra purchases, nice sitting area and popular folks in the neighborhood. Will be going back.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change. The people behind the counter were just as friendly as they could be, and they seemed to genuinely care about my business. They also got me in and out quickly, which is key for a busy mom on the go :)

The owner is very proud of his store, his employees and his equipment. He has the latest equipment that can handle the large wheels and low profile tires that my cars have that many places will not touch. Stay late one night and see how they scrub down the shop floor. It's a clean, pleasant place.

Thank you for joining with others in the community and supporting the Cary and Kraft Family YMCA Golf Marathon. Your committment in $1,600 is evidence of your desire to help children and families in need, which strengthens our entire community. Each year a 100 % of the proceeds from the Golf Marathon benefit YMCA outreach programs. These funds provide scholorships to hundreds of youth, individuals and families who could not otherwise afford to attend YMCA programs. On behalf of our volunteer golfers and all the children and families the YMCA will be able to serve, thank you for generosity and support.

Common Crooks. The only reason that Atlantic Tire gets one star from me is that Citysearch won't let me give them zero stars.

These people are common crooks. Automotive repair facilities are not permitted to give you a low-ball estimate to get you to have the work done there, and then jack up the price and charge you something completely different from what they quoted you. But this is exactly what Atlantic Tire did to me, and if they did it to me, they very likely do this routinely. When it turns out that the repair involves an additional part that is damaged and needs to be replaced, they are permitted to charge a fair amount of additional labor, and of course they are allowed to charge a fair price for the additional part. But when the additional labor adds only five or ten minutes as compared to two or three hours for the labor that was included in the original estimate, they are not permitted to pull a number out of thin air and charge you whatever they want to charge you. As preposterous as this seems, this is exactly what they did to me. I have intimate knowledge of the labor required to do the repair, both with and without the replacement of the additional part that had to be replaced. We are talking an extra five or ten minutes for at least two hours of total labor. But they added more than $100 to the labor charge, and they jacked up the price for both of the parts. The cost of the repair should have increased by about $150; instead it increased by almost exactly twice that much, overcharging me by roughly $150. The repair ended up costing me $100 more than what the dealership quoted me for the full repair. The dealership told me that their would be no extra labor for the additional part, because to install it was trivial compared to the total labor involved.

This people are crooks, plain and simple. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and also with the North Carolina Attorney General, and will also contest the charge through the credit card company, and if need be I will take them to small claims court. I just have no tolerance for crooks.

Anyone who is considering letting these crooks work on your car is advised to go read the complaints on the BBB site. The BBB gives unblemished ratings to any business that resolves the customer complaints, no matter how many complaints are filed and no matter the nature of the complaints. It is almost a joke, but at least they put the complaints online so that you can read the complaints. If you read the complaints carefully, you will find that only one of them was possibly an unfair complaint, but even in that particular case, it was evident that the customer had been badly treated by Atlantic Tire, and then blamed Atlantic Tire several months later for a damaged tire pressure sensor, which may well have been damaged by Atlantic Tire.
