Professional. Knowledgeable. Would use again!. The drip pan for the air conditioner in the condo above ours overflowed. It soaked our utility closet ceiling and caused a chunk of drywall to fall. I was concerned that mold could be growing in the space between the floors, so I called Sparkkles.

Everyone that I dealt with at Sparkkles was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg, who inspected the water damage, confirmed that there was no mold. He said that Sparkkles could do the drywall repairs but his recommendation was that we save a lot of money and do the drywall repair ourselves. He made suggestions on how to do it and what materials to use. He also checked our air conditioner drain pan's float mechanishm and showed us how to clean out the trap for the drain. There was no charge. I definitely would hire Sparkkles again for any future repairs!

GREAT Company. had a water heater on the top floor basically pour out it's contents through my home-- what i thought were ruined hardwoods, sparkkles salvaged very nicely. they were extremely thorough in making sure everything (drywall, flooring, etc) was dried out completely and they paid the most attention to detail than any other company i've used for similar situations before. i would give them an outstanding recomendation because thankfully my heart pine floors dont show that they were ever flooded, the drywall looks better than it did before, and everyone i dealt with had great customer service

AWFUL EXPERIENCE~DO NOT USE!!!!. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. First of all, they were nice (at least the workers were, the owner was not). However, they were not professional. They continually missed deadlines of when my items were to be cleaned and returned to me. When they eventually did finish, they wanted to charge me an absorbent fee for storage, when they were the ones who delayed the process and therefore stored my items! Also NUMEROUS items were missing, which I found out later they threw away (that could have been cleaned, but they were too lazy). They promised to pay to replace them, but never did. Then to top it all off, a large amount of my items they did clean were broken, missing parts, scratched, etc. MAJOR appliances were returned to me broken... were they dropped perhaps?! They also packed small items in large boxes and packed them half full, then charged me for a large size box cleaning! Ex: one HUGE box contained only 4 or 5 kitchen utensils, and I was overcharged for them to clean that box. VERY sketchy company. I believe the workers work hard, but the owner Mr. Baker has other motives...Just a warning to the public, do not use this company.
