Dont bother. The last time i went to this wendy's the food was horrible. My fries were burnt, stale, and had a horrible bitter taste. The service wasnt too great either. Probably never going back again . . ..

Ditto the comment below - VERY rude and order incorrect. Why do I bother thanking people at drive-thru windows, when *I* am the paying customer? Not sure, but it just seems like common courtesy to me. Sometimes the clerks are pleasant in return. Sometimes (gasp) they'll even utter a "thanks" in return.

But not at this dismal Wendy's location at Brier Creek. In return for my polite "thank you," I get an abrupt, rude "Yep." No "thank you," no "you're welcome," not even a "no problem." Just "Yep."

This is after the clerk kept interrupting me as I was placing my order. I'm spending my money at your establishment; therefore, may I be allowed to finish my sentences, please?

Got home and my drink was wrong, to boot. Sure was looking forward to that lemonade. Oh, and the burger was smooshed-up and disgusting.

Never again...at this location, or any other.

Can't get order right and RUDE Manager. Went through drive through and placed an order. When we got home, we found the order was wrong. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to the manager. The manager was rude and said he 'missunderstood' the order. Then hung up the phone. Where has good customer service gone?

Wendy's at Pooler rd(BRIAR CREEK) IS HORRIBLE AND RACIST!!!!. What a rude wendy's over there at Brier Creek PKWY in Raleigh. I was at the drive thru and the general manager was so rude to me. I remember he was rude to me at a prior time also. I was telling him my order and he would not let me get out one thing before he talked over me and said is that it and I was trying to tell him my order. No that's not it and you didn't let me finish. Can I finish my order please? I said you are being rude. I believe he is racist due to the fact I am a black woman and I drive a mercedes. He doesn't know me and I think he harassed me twice because of that. I am speaking out because it's wrong to treat people that way. He also threw me out of that Wendys' considering he was rude to me. People are so crazy now and bent on abusing others when you don't have to spend your money there. I believe in having a voice and letting people know you don't have to put up with service like that.
