Complete Waste of Time!. I would give less than one star if I could. I took my bike in for an inspection, 15-20 minute job tops. I was told that there was one mechanic out due to an injury, that there was one inspection in front of me and that it would take about 1/2 hour or so. One hour later, I checked on my status and found out that the two wrench turners in the back were not inspecting, it was some Aussie dude who spent most of his time smoking and joking with customers or friends (25 minutes with one couple). I asked the Service Manager about that and he told me he had no control over him, that he merely laid out the work for him. I left, and when at home called the general manager whose condescending tone of voice told me he could care less that I had waited an 1 1/2 through some of the worst customer service I had ever encountered. They will NOT be getting my business anytime soon!
