Good Brands, Poor Sevice. The third time was not a charm, and neither were the first two. After three visits over the course of a year, I have decided not to return to Birkenstock Comfortable Soles in North Hills. They have been less than helpful on each occassion and, during this last visit, completely uninterested in answering questions, providing guidance, or even stepping out from behind the counter. I will go to Man Mar or Richie & Co. from now on when I desire a larger selection in stock and far better service.
