Bad Experience.

Hello,
We recently ordered from you for the first time on Superbowl Sunday, a pizza and jap poppers. Both were very good and no issues. We decided to order from you again tonight and were very disappointed in the chicken parmesan w/ a side of spag for $10.50 and to be honest with you, it was spag w/ a side of chicken. The chicken was cut up into 4 tiny slices which were dry and overcooked. I guess I expected something better for a price of $10.50 both in portion and in quality.
I called to make your business aware of the issue and spoke to a 'manager' named Kathy who could have cared less and said 'we have never had complaints of that before' and 'that is one of our most requested dishes' like it was my fault that the dish was very lacking. It seemed that Kathy cared less about your business nor my feedback. I want to make you aware that we will no longer order from you nor support your business with feedback to our friends and family. Very sad in this economy that you're not focused on providing a meal that would bring ALL customers back.
I'm just sad because I really wanted to like you guys.…
