Rashelle is fantastic!. I've seen Rashelle here. I have very difficult hair to work with (fine, frizzy, wavy, lots of it) and she manages to transform my hair from damaged to beautiful each time. She even corrected a botched haircut I had gotten from someone else. I end up looking exactly like the picture I bring in and feel like a movie star each time I leave. For me to go from split ends to the smoothest, unfrizzy hairdo in about one hour is almost miraculous! My hair feels like silk after the blowout (which she spends a long time on). Maybe the first time I felt my hair was cut a little shorter than I wanted, but I had asked for all the damage to be cut off, and my hair looked healthy for a long time thereafter. I got lots of compliments after the first cut and had NO split ends afterwards (which some prior hairdressers missed). Her technique and skill level is outstanding, and my layers around my face are always perfectly symmetric. She spends a great deal of time with you to make sure things are perfect and you are happy. You are always aware of what is going on during the cut and get to examine your haircut fully before leaving, which is great given I have always had trust issues with hairdressers. I definitely go home and examine things carefully and have never found a problem with my hair after seeing Rashelle. I also feel hesitant going to "higher end" salons and worried they could be snobby, but everyone has always been polite and made me feel comfortable. Products are not pushed. I don't like to spend lots of money on a cut but feel the price is worth it. I have moved out of state now but am seriously considering seeing Rashelle again as I worry I will not find someone as good in my new city.

Disapointed !!. My wife went in to the salon and got a haircut and color from Antonella. My wife asked for her to trim the ends and add some layers. Next thing Antonella cut off 8 inches from my wife's hair. She never asked or communicated what she was doing. I walked in and asked if she was getting it cut off and donating to the locks for love and my wife freaked out!!!!!! Very unprofessional.... What a disaster!

This place is atrocious!!. The hairstylists are way overrated. And they treat non-white customers disrespectfully. The customer service is poor, and the hair cut is definitely not worth the price you pay for. I was in and out of this place in less than 15 mins, including the hair wash, and my hairstylist was hasty and very rude. I would have rather just gone to Supercuts!

Way Overrated Salon. I've been to top salons all over the US throughout my travels. Someone recommended this salon/stylist. Their web page gives the impression that this particular stylist is extrememly well trained in color and cutting. My color is nothing like I requested. Roots are 4 shades darker than the rest of my hair. The cut is poor. I think I could have gotten a better cut/color at any local walk-in.
