Staff was not very pleasant & sandwich not fresh. I have visted this location a few time in the past, however on 2 of the occasions the bread was hard. I requested fresh bread during my order to the manager that was taking my order Roger, however the bread was hard. I return the sandwich and the manager (Roger) was very rude, therefore I requested the return of funds, mainly due to Roger's attitude. I have just relocated on this side of town, so I was not use to this type of service. The Wake Forest Rd. location is much more friendlier and the bread is ALWAYS fresh. Will not be revisting this location in the future. The manager needs "CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING"
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Seriously, I went there the first time and they completely messed up my order. I was done with them! However, for some reason (I'm kicking myself now) I decided to "give them another chance" and when I told them about the mistake the first time, the cashier said, "I don't see how they did that." And yep, you got it! They did it again!!! $6 for an 8 inch sub - GO TO QUIZNOS can get more and better for less!
Fresh, delicious and a great staff! LOYAL customer!. I live very close and with 3 small children, we order delivery quite often from Jimmy John's. LIGHTNING FAST and fresh and delicious. Great staff - always accomodating - and always smiling! LOVE IT!!!
Hit or miss.
I love eating here because the food is fast and (most of the time) delicious but it's either hit or miss because nothing's consistent. Sometimes the music is so loud you can't hear any of your conversation, other times it's a completely different genre. Sometimes people are nice and friendly, other times short and abrupt, like they can't be bothered to give you a time of day. It's a good place to eat with friends for man time because of the rockin' music and there's more girls working there now ;)
Three things stay the same: rude manager, hot asian chick.. oh, and the great french bread.
Great Service!.
This Jimmy John's is, from my experience, the best one in the Triangle. The food is delicious and they make your order so incredibly fast you have your sandwich before you finish paying.
Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait because they get so busy during lunch, but the friendly girl at the register always knows my order down to the last condiment right when I walk up. She and the guy behind the counter (sometimes) are so conversational it makes grabbing lunch a very pleasant and personalized experience.
