cut and highlights. Michael did a good job. Not so sure about the tone of my highlights; a little brassy. A little too expensive-$200 cut and highlights.

I'm probably returning to my previous stylist after her maternity leave.

Kristin is Amazing!!!. I was at Syeni the other day for a cut. I was guided to a nice relaxing area until she was ready. It was kind of busy but beyond that very nice. When she was ready and got me she took the time to address my hair concerns and talk to me about what I could do with my hair. After I explained what I wanted she reexplained and took me to get my hair washed. She gave a great shampoo! I have just never had someone take so much time to examine my hair needs and I loved it. I will be back for color but I highly suggest going to get your hair cut by her.

One complaint though. A male stylist? came over and sat in the chair next to us asking to watch. She asked me if it was fine I said yes he sat there and talked on his cellphone.

SO if anyone sits next to you while you re getting your hair done tell them no!

Overall i had the best hair cut I have ever had and I will be back

Terrible Customer Service!!. I tried out Syeni for a massage a few days before I was getting married. I had a 4pm appointment for a 60 minute massage and arrived a few minutes before 4pm. I squeezed in the small waiting area as there were two customers standing at the counter before me. Both were trying to buy gift cards. I kid you not, I stood there for twenty minutes with no one so much as acknowledging that I was waiting to check in!! Finally when those people were done buying gift cards the front desk woman checked me in and had me fill out paperwork (I could have done that in the 20 minutes I was waiting.). I finally was allowed to go back and meet my masseuse but by now it was well after 4:20. I met the masseuse and she informed me that since I was late my appointment needed to be either completely rescheduled or shortened to half an hour because she had another client coming in at 5!! This was not my fault and I should not have had my appointment compromised because no one felt the need to check me in at the front. So I was already annoyed that I had been standing there for twenty minutes waiting and then I found out that my nice relaxing one hour massage was going to be shortened down to thirty minutes!! Did I mention that I also drove about forty minutes to get to this place!? Horrible customer service. I would never go back or recommend this to anyone. Also while I was waiting a man stylist offered me a free blow-out when I was done with my massage. When I saw him after, he pretended like he couldn't see me and completely ignored me. This place is weird.

Gorgeous addition to downtown Apex!!. I went into Syeni last Saturday to receive a facial with Gregory. I was taken on a tour and put into the "relaxing room" and offered a drink. It was all so soothing. The room so was inviting, I didn't ever want to leave. They had what looked like a party of girls on one of the couches in the room and they were having so much fun! They had champagne and I think the salon offers other adult beverages as well. Even though I knew Gregory was busy, I didn't have to wait long and he still spent every bit of time on me he needed to and I felt like I was his only client of the day! Everything seemed so effortless and I was well taken care of, I will be returning very soon.. maybe with a party of my own!

great atmosphere and ambience. I was in a week ago to try a new place. I went to get a facial. I was greeted in the lobby very nice and professional. I was wisked off immediately on a quick tour by the hostess, beautiful spa....taken to the dressing area to change, taken to a relaxation room, omg i was in heaven. a few moments later, a nice young gentleman greeted me by the name of gregory. I have never had a male do a facial on me. Well, let me tell you it was fantastic. He consulted me on my regimen at home, questions regarding allergies or medications, then told me the history of the product he was using and what he chose for my skin type based on my answers. It was very relaxing , i went to sleep and he tapped me on the shoulder to wake me up, my skin felt great and i felt great, i will be back soon,

Worst service. I went in to get a hair cut and the woman ruined my hair. It was as if she had no professional experience. I figured with it being upscale, they would of had professional stylists. I will never return to this place and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends in the apex area.

Haircut. I had a haircut with Jean yesterday and i love it. She was very in tune to what i wanted and needed done. I will be going back to her for my next cut.

Great Haircut!. Today, I had a great hair cut with Jean. She took the time to get to know me and my hair. She then made suggestions for what would be best. I greatly appreciated her advice and direction. My hair cut is stylish, professional, and manageable. I'm excited to have a new style, and I will definitely be back!
