Book NOW. Hannah Hannah Hannah! My mom, my aunt and I have now all had massages by Hannah and she is amazing! All 3 of us needed massages for different reasons, relaxation from stress for my mom, deep tissue knots for my aunt, and sports massage for myself she was the best any of us have ever received a massage from. The whole salon itself is a great atmosphere and the receptionists are very helpful and easy to work with. All 3 of us already have our next appointment booked and the salon is probably where I am going to do a bridal party!

Pure Heaven!!. Each year my brother-in-law gives me a gift certificate to a day spa and this year he gave me a certificate to Syeni; from now on, he only needs to call Syeni Salon! Before I went to the salon I enjoyed an hour of shopping in the great stores in historic downtown Apex. What a hidden treasure they are! Then I was off to the salon. When I first walked in, the woman at the front desk was very attentive. She gave me a tour, took me to a lovely changing room, and had me wait in the relaxation room. I loved this room so much, I'm going to turn my bonus room into one now that I'm almost an empty-nester!! I had the Turkish Experience with Gregory. He greeted me, explained everything he would be doing, and made me feel very comfortable from the start. It began with a complete body salt/oil scrub. When he was finished I took a warm shower to wash off the salt and then he wrapped me with very warm damp linens and sealed me up to my chest. It felt like Heaven must feel when you first arrive! While I was enjoying this, Gregory massaged my scalp for about 15 minutes. (Note...your hair will have oils in it when finished so don't plan on going out in public unless you get it washed at the salon before leaving!) After this he gave me a complete body massage with wonderfully aromatic lotions. I can not begin to tell you how relaxing it was and my skin feels as smooth as a baby's skin. Gregory was very much a gentleman and I never felt uncomfortable. I can't wait to go back!! The salon itself is in a restored tobacco warehouse and is beautiful. If you want to pamper yourself in luxury, Syeni Salon is the place to do it. Thanks Gregory!!

Striving. I am writing as a small business owner.

While we all strive to give excellent customer service, there are times when we ALL fall short. But blasting small businesses on the internet does nothing but hurt them, and as quiet as it is kept, small business keeps economies up and moving in the right direction. Perhaps the people who have greivances should address them with the manager before slamming them in open forums.

Believe me when I tell you that an owner of a small business is much more likely to hear your concerns and act upon them than a 'corporate' spa. Please give them a chance to do so.

Wonderful Experience. My mother-in-law sent me birthday money and I knew I wanted to spoil myself with a massage. I knew about Syeni Spa because I live in Apex and was anxiously waiting for it to be completed. Its very beautiful and relaxing. I booked the detox wrap & 60 min massage and it was a wonderful experience. I have never had a wrap before and did not realize how relaxing it was to do before a massage, it was perfect. Georgia was excellent, and found my stress area in my left shoulder. I have booked another massage in July ! I can't wait.

Wonderful Spa Experience...Again !. I've had many spa services at various locations and none beat the two I've had at Syeni. Last winter 3 of my girlfriends and I had various services done and each one of us were thrilled with the results. I had a facial and used to them leaving the room during the mask process. But I Syeni I was wonderfully suprised with a warm foot towel and hand massage while the mask processed for no extra charge.

But my Swedish massage yesterday with Linda was truely the BEST I've ever had. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Wow, wow, and wow again. I just completed the "spa-cation" at syeni and it was awesome! I enjoyed each of the four services I received (massage, facial, mani, pedi) and felt relaxed and rejuvenated when I left - the epitome of what a spa should be. I've been to several area spas and none of them have this level of peace and tranquility about them. I highly recommend syeni!

Just like Chicago. I just moved here from Chicago were I would spend $65 for the best hair cut ever at Mario Tricoci's and I loved it. I was worried since there was no Mario's here I would not find a stylist to match my spoiled needs. I was proven wrong today. I visited Syeni and the stylist, Kristen, was absolutely amazing. She asked me what I wanted, I told her and she did exactly that. I am very particular about my hair and besides Mario's everywhere else has butchered my head always cutting off way more than I wanted or adding their own crazy flourishes to the style which I can’t stand. Also she didnt just cut my hair, she talk to me and not just small talk. We spoke as if we had known each other for years. Talking about our lives and families, it was comforting to know I was not just a dollar sign to her. I will be returning to Syeni and will be recommending it to all the people I know who want to have their day of relaxation be really relaxing and affordable.

I finally found a hair designer for me. Kristen is the BEST !!!!!! She listened to what I wanted & I left Happy!!!!! Best cut & color I have had!!!!!!

First time at Syeni, but long time Kristen client. I've been getting my hair done by Kristen ever since she started going to cosmetology school at Mitchell's in Raleigh. It's been about 3 years now since then. No one knows my hair better and does it better than Kristen. I go where ever she's working at, so as soon as she got hired at Syeni I made my appointment. Kristen's best work has been her coloring on my hair. And having her work on my hair in a salon like Syeni is a dream. I can't wait to go back!

Worst cut and color ever?. I had a woman named Kristen a while ago.

She seemed very promising, but my opinion changed when she was done.

She talked as if she knew everything, but she wasn't able to back it up.

My hair was choppy in the back and was very brassy.

I walked around with a hat on my head until I was able to fix it myself.
