Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!. I can not sing the praises of this salon / day spa enough! Today was my third visit and I can not share how pleased I am with both my new - shiny - beautiful hair color and style, and the amazing facial that left my skin glowing.

The entire staff is extremely courteous, and the ambiance a nice reprieve from my hectic days. I would highly recommend Jay Andrews.

In my personal time, I hope for the same treatment. I walked into Jay Andrews Salon on a crowded Saturday afternoon and explained to the front desk assistant that I was desperate. My hair had been colored from bright auburn red, to bleach blonde streaks and I needed someone professional I could trust. Rather than brush me aside to add my name to the scheduling book the assistant listened, and then I was immediately and personally greeted by the owner for a quick consultation. She made arrangements to have me work with a stylist that day!

The owner and the stylist treated me with exceptional service, even holding the salon open after hours to make sure the job was done correctly. The atmosphere in this salon was a true feeling of Teamwork, and they did a fantastic job on my hair!



We hate to see some have had bad experiences with our location, but please remember that all one needs to do is let us know. We will do whatever we can to make your next experience better.

What a WONDERFUL experience!. WOW! What a great experience I had with jay andrews. I visited their new location in Morrisville last week.

I had visited another salon that cut more hair than I asked off and it was uneven. I sobbed to my husband because I had been growing my hair out for over three years.

I saw Connie who turns out to be the owner of the salon. She not only fixed my hair, but for the first time in my life I have a short hair style that I actually like.

I have always had bad experiences with salons ever since I was a child and my mom would drag me to her stylists.

As if the great hair cut wasn't enough the experience itself was amazing. The women were so warm and welcoming not to mention sympathetic to what had happen.

I had walked in off the street and Connie worked me in even though I overheard the girl at the front desk mention to her that her schedule was full.

That is customer service. Thank you Connie and the front desk of jay andrews! You turned my frown upside down!

Owner seemed as if she couldn't be bothered- No Customer Svc. I really do understand a salon being busy and an owner having multiple priorities. But the reviews who stated poor customer service are right on target. The salon did not seem overly busy to me during my visit, yet both during my appointment, and on a prior visit a few days prior when I came in to ask questions, the owner acted as if she couldn't be bothered and as if it were an intrusion for me to be there or ask questions.

I should have gone with my instinct and not scheduled and appointment, but I did. Immediately after the owner was rude and brusque to me, she turned to another customer (whom she apparently knew ) who had just come in, and greeted her excitedly and as if she couldn't do enough for her.

Wrong move. I spent over $120 on my hair service (which was ok, nothing out of the ordinary) and you know what, there are at least 10 salons in this area who can give me better customer service and at least not make me feel as if I am bothering them. I will not return.

Destroyed my hair. I had high hopes after reading the reviews and upon making my appointment in this salon; however, after getting an ill-advised perm there (and I had perms 12 years ago, so I'm not new to this), my hair started coming out in clumps, is extremely damaged and fried. I have cried several times when I look at the damage done by this salon. Worse yet, after a couple of weeks, the perm has some pieces hanging straight and others not - so not even consistent, in addition to the damage. I waited 4 full days before washing my hair, but even before washing, I could tell it was badly damaged.

I left a phone message at this salon for the owner and it was never returned. I'm just disgusted and angry at not only having my hair badly damaged (and it was healthy when I came in - I don't even use heat styling or anything), and at then having no response from the owner. Would never return and am contemplating filing with the BBB.

Letter from Angela Wood to Annette Burke. Thank you for doing such a fabulous job with Kendrick's mom today. She's been wanting a manicure for a while now, but I didn't trust anyone to do it with her lowered immunity. I think it was fate that I saw your picture on the website because I had no clue you were doing nails. You were gentle and sweet with her, but you didn't treat her like a cancer patient, and I know she appreciated it. She told me later, "I really liked that little girl who did my nails. She was funny!" That is high praise coming from her right now--the chemo has made her feisty (and sometimes cranky!) ;=) We're doing whatever we can to keep her spirits up, and your pampering was just the trick. It was good to catch up with you. I have a feeling we'll be catching up some more in a few weeks! Thanks again! Talk to you soon...Angela

Great Salon!. Great salon! Very friendly environment. Connie, owner, cuts and colors my hair and does a fantastic job. Shampoo area has massage chairs and they massage your hands while you relax during shampoo...nice experience. Easy to schedule. Great waxing by Nicole, owner, as well. Always confident that she will do a great job. Highly recommend!

Great Salon!. I went to this salon for the first time and had a great experience. The atomosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Katie did a fabulous job with my color, cut and blowout. I highly recommed Katie and this salon.

Jay Andrews Salon is the BEST!. I love the experience at Jay Andrews. Connie and her staff are friendly, professional and very welcoming. Both my college-aged kids go there too. My son loves the special treatment put into every hair washing. The location at Beaver Creek is extremely convenient. We have been customers of Connie's for about 8 years. I've tried many services at JA's including color, cut, eyebrow waxing, and massage. I've always been extremely happy. This salon's staff gets it about top drawer customer service; I highly recommend it. It's also great for gift cards!

Wonderful Experience!. After going to another local salon and having a horrible color experience, I decided to give Jay Andrews a call. I explained that I was very unhappy with the color done at another salon and I was hoping they would be able to fix it. Heather had me come in for a consultation the day before my appointment so that we could go over what exactly I was looking for. I went back the following day and Heather did the color and cut. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. It is exactly what I was looking for and my hair feels and looks healthy again. The salon is a very calming environment and the shampoo chairs are so comfortable and give a very relaxing back massage while you are being shampooed. The complimentary hand massage is definitely a great addition as well.

I would highly recommend Heather to anyone!! I will definitely be back to see her again.
