New to the city and I sought out a good place. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back.My husband LOVED my 'do. He said it was the best my hair has ever looked and that I should always go to Jay Andrews.
I've been to Jay Andrews twice and have received an excellent cut from Gina on both occasions. Gina is very cool who really puts thought into the haircut and is nice to talk to as well.She is professional and upfront about her observations.Gina listened to our requests and worked effortless on places to check out.She was a really good conversationalist. I’ve been trying out new hair stylists for a while, and I'm happy to say that I've finally found the one! I've been getting my hair done by Gina here, and I think she's definitely good at what she does. I had my hair cut short at a different place, and it turned out to be pretty.

I was so happy to find jay andrews salon spa. Always a little scared to go to a new place and fully trust someone with my hair, I was very pleased when walking into the salon and being greeted right away with the receptionist. Right away I felt that this was a great place and put my worries at ease. I had a great experience and my hair looks awesome. I already made my next appointment and can't wait to try out other services offered there!
Amazed – I am always amazed at the friendly staff at Jay Andrews. I have been a client here since they opened three years ago. I feel very relaxed and pampered whenever I am there. When I have a question about the price of any of my services the front desk or my stylist always informs me of the price change. I would definitely recommend Jay Andrews to my friends and family and I can't wait till my next appointment.
Loved this salon!! – I came to Jay Andrews after ruining my hair color with a box color and thankfully my stylist was able to fix it. She was very knowledgeable about color which made my experience better because i felt like I was in good hands. The other staff were friendly as well. I have recommended them to everyone I know both male and female.
Fantastic Salon!!! – I had been referred to jay andrews by a friend and decided to check it out. I visited the Beaver Creek location in February and had a fantastic experience! I was greeted by a lovely girl at the front desk and offered a glass of wine while i waited for my stylist. I sat down and in no time was greeted by my stylist...I wish i could remember her name but i do remember that she was very kind and knowledgeable. A few months later i found the new location in Morrisville, Which happens to be very close to my house. I decided to check out the new location and had an equally outstanding visit. The girls at the front desk were amazing and the stylist really LISTENED to what I wanted. I once again left with a fantastic hair cut and feeling wonderful. I would definately recommend either location.
Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! – I can not sing the praises of this salon / day spa enough! Today was my third visit and I can not share how pleased I am with both my new - shiny - beautiful hair color and style, and the amazing facial that left my skin glowing.
The entire staff is extremely courteous, and the ambiance a nice reprieve from my hectic days. I would highly recommend Jay Andrews.

In my industry and my friend and family have always known me as the blonde that walks into a room and makes a statement -- so my hair really is part of my identity.
I work in the Real Estate industry where customer service means everything to a consumer. People want to feel value, and if you give them exceptional service they will continue to reward you for life.
In my personal time, I hope for the same treatment. I walked into Jay Andrews Salon on a crowded Saturday afternoon and explained to the front desk assistant that I was desperate. My hair had been colored from bright auburn red, to bleach blonde streaks and I needed someone professional I could trust. Rather than brush me aside to add my name to the scheduling book the assistant listened, and then I was immediately and personally greeted by the owner for a quick consultation. She made arrangements to have me work with a stylist that day!
The owner and the stylist treated me with exceptional service, even holding the salon open after hours to make sure the job was done correctly. The atmosphere in this salon was a true feeling of Teamwork, and they did a fantastic job on my hair!
We hate to see some have had bad experiences with our location, but please remember that all one needs to do is let us know. We will do whatever we can to make your next experience better.
What a WONDERFUL experience! – WOW! What a great experience I had with jay andrews. I visited their new location in Morrisville last week.
I had visited another salon that cut more hair than I asked off and it was uneven. I sobbed to my husband because I had been growing my hair out for over three years.
I saw Connie who turns out to be the owner of the salon. She not only fixed my hair, but for the first time in my life I have a short hair style that I actually like.
I have always had bad experiences with salons ever since I was a child and my mom would drag me to her stylists.
As if the great hair cut wasn't enough the experience itself was amazing. The women were so warm and welcoming not to mention sympathetic to what had happen.
I had walked in off the street and Connie worked me in even though I overheard the girl at the front desk mention to her that her schedule was full.
That is customer service. Thank you Connie and the front desk of jay andrews! You turned my frown upside down!
Owner seemed as if she couldn't be bothered- No Customer Svc – I really do understand a salon being busy and an owner having multiple priorities. But the reviews who stated poor customer service are right on target. The salon did not seem overly busy to me during my visit, yet both during my appointment, and on a prior visit a few days prior when I came in to ask questions, the owner acted as if she couldn't be bothered and as if it were an intrusion for me to be there or ask questions.
I should have gone with my instinct and not scheduled and appointment, but I did. Immediately after the owner was rude and brusque to me, she turned to another customer (whom she apparently knew ) who had just come in, and greeted her excitedly and as if she couldn't do enough for her.
Wrong move. I spent over $120 on my hair service (which was ok, nothing out of the ordinary) and you know what, there are at least 10 salons in this area who can give me better customer service and at least not make me feel as if I am bothering them. I will not return.
