pleasant experience. I had a very nice experience with All Star. I brought my vehicle to their shop with a horrible noise and vibration. I was defenitely expecting the worst. I was expecting to be told I needed a transmission or something else costly. It turns out I had a bad u joint and was back on the road for under 100 dollars. I would recommend them for service

Not recommend. I would like to give a fair warning to the community on the service that these workers supposedly offer.

Car: 2002 Bmw x5

Issue before being serviced: Brakes squeaked and rotors could be resurfaced.

esitmate: $500

Paid: $1100

Issue now: brakes still squeaky

Story: I brought my bmw x5 there three times to have the brakes checked. They say they replaced the brakes. But my brakes still seem to squeak. Before I brought the car to them my front brakes seem to have scratches on the rotors and seem to squeak from 30 to 0. After i picked the car i notice the back rotors were scratched and now seem to squeak instead of the fronts. How is this possible if they replaced all new back and front brakes and rotors.

If you would also like a $60 oil change. If you have that kind of cash during this economy i would highly recommend them.

I'm pretty sure all they did was replace the front brakes and rotors with the back ones and charge 1000 for their service.

Would you recommend them to anyone else? NO please I the people of raleigh to take their business to any other auto shop than this one. They offer nothing but stress.

Give this place a try. I brought my car to All Star on Old Apex Rd. to have my timing belt & water pump changed I was pleased with the service and the costs as a matter of fact I was charged less than I was quoted. I recommend you give this garage a try I am very anal about my car and have no complaints. The Mechanics name is Travis.

All start service center - Denis. I brought my Mercedes to Denis when he said "I have a top mechanic here, and all he does is mercedes." Not only was that a lie, but he took my car without telling me to Classic Performance in Cary two times then tried to charge me 60.00 towing! The written and agreed upon estimate Denis gave me was for $220.00. after 3+ weeks my car was finally ready thanks to Classic Performance which only charged $60.00. The bill Denis handed me was for $590.47. His bill listed parts he did not install, labor he did not do, and had the gaul to bill me 25.00 for gas he did not put in the car. This place, and DENIS is a crook in the worst way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON AND HIS BUSINESS.
