I scheduled the executive full detailing service and Hugo absolutely did a terrific job!!! My car is a 2009 honda civic bought last year. However, I can still tell the huge difference after his
service. He spent about 5 hours on my vehicle and made it looks like new or even better. The most important thing is that the process is highly eco-friendly and you don't have to prepare anything for him. I live in an apartment at 3rd floor so Hugo asked me if the water connection is available the day before he came. I said maybe a long tube is required. Then, Hugo showed up with his own machine for providing the water. Therefore I could just do whatever I want in my house and let Hugo perform his magic. He's a car fanatic and keeps researching the best products for detailing. Highly recommended!! Trust me, you won't regret.

The best detailer in town!. I just had my 2006 Black BMW detailed by Hugo, and he left my car better than new! I have had my car detailed before by other "professionals", but never like this! If it rains, don't expect him to reschedule you!. I had a FULL detail scheduled, and when I checked the weather for the next morning it was forecasting rain. I contacted Hugo to ask if it would be rescheduled if it rained, as I assumed it would be. He wrote back and said yes. The next morning, it was raining and I did not hear from him. Not even to reschedule my appointment. Here I was ready to shell out almost $200 but apparently my business wasn't that important to him. I was really disappointed by this lack of customer service & follow through because I really wanted to get this service done on my vehicle in the most environmentally friendly way I could.
