Personal Training at its best and results you will be pleased with!. I work out with Larry at Excelerate one day a week and have been very pleased with my results, his professionalism, and his drive to help me reach my goals. Larry is a certified personal trainer that can personalize a plan that best suites your needs and goals. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in improving his or her well-being.

Ditch the gym membership (to the gym you never go to) & start investing in yourself at Excelerate. The facility is comfortable & well-equipped & the trainers are spectacular. My trainer is a very motivated & personable individual. The workouts can be quite vigorous; pushing you to limits that you won't push yourself to reach, but you will have fun too. Larry explains each exercise, demonstrates correct form, & shows you the muscles you are targeting. He has motivated me by holding me accountable to my exercising & eating habits. Larry will not only be your personal trainer, he will become your friend. He is a genuine person who knows the importance of fostering relationships. Because of this he hires people who are as passionate as he is about fitness and about people. You are sure to win when you work out at Excelerate Personal Training

Customized training to meet your needs. Larry works with a wide variety of clients with different goals, and easily customizes workouts to meet these goals. I began working with Larry about 4 years ago. Throughout this time, I have steadily increased my strength and flexibility. Larry has been able to work around the various sports injuries I have incurred throughout the years, allowing me to maintain my fitness levels and goals. He is very personable and goes out of his way to accommodate client schedules. I highly recommend Larry as a personal trainer.

Great Results from this Personal Trainer. Starting working with Larry at Excelerate with the plan to get a kick start for about 4 months. Enjoyed the results so much I am still working with Larry, 1 1/2 years later. My health, strength and overall life has improved by 100% thanks to Larry. I can enjoy life so much more since Larry has help me strengthen my knees that were causing me to limit my life. At a young 50 I thought I was doomed to a limiting life. That is no longer the case, thanks to Larry's focused efforts to help me to better fitness and health. I highly recommend Larry as a Personal Trainer.

great personal training. I have been working out with Larry for several months and it has been awesome. The workouts are always different and always challenging. My fitness level has improved dramatically and my weight has been dropping consistently. Unlike the trainers at some of the large gyms, Larry is fully engaged in my workout and in my progress. He really wants you to improve which definitely helps keep me motivated. I like working out in the small studio and monthly payment option is great help. If you are looking make real improvements in your fitness, I would definitely recommend Excelerate Personal Training.
