RSB made a great backyard for us.. RSB was a great company from start to finish. Robin came out and went over ideas with us twice, gave us so much information and options to choose from. We narrowed down what we wanted and got a great patio with a stamped sidewalk. We plan on having them back out in March to build us a firepit and a water fall. When you cant decide what you can do in your backyard give Rsb a call they can come up with wonderful ideas and do good work.

Great & Creative Concrete Company. RSB was a great & creative company. We enjoyed every step of our project with them. I look forward to having them back to do more as my budget allows :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only do they not return phone calls or emails, they refuse to accept certified mail. Our beautiful pool needs to be taken down so the crumbling coping is removed and replaced. It will cost more to fix that the entire pool cost to construct. I will never again use a company that isn't a member of and accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Live and learn!!! Don't listen to recomendations before checking out the Better Business Bureau.

DO Not Do Business with this company. They do not stand behind their work. Their work is shoddy and unprofessional. Robin, the owner, is very personable and likeable. but is untrustworthy.

Avoid RSB & Co --- talking a good game doesn't give you a good end result.

Heartbreaking Results. I hired RBS Concrete to renovate my swimming pool, install steps, a new liner and a new concrete deck. Although there were delays during the process, I really liked Robin and was patient.. She even brought her little girl to my house. She was quick to respond to a small leak at the skimmer, but, after a couple of months, we noticed we had lost almost three feet of water, she kept putting me off about fixing it, and then stopped responding all together. The skimmer she "fixed" with caulking is already leaking again. I have come to find out caulking is the wrong thing to use on a pool leak. To add insult to injury, , when we turned the pump on to begin opening the pool, water is gushing out from UNDER the concrete. So much that we cannot circulate the water, without losing it faster than we can put it back in with a hose. I now have a pool full of something like pond scum in my back yard. I have emailed and left several desperate phone messages, NO response from Robin. I can't afford to have someone else fix it. My only other recourse is to fill it in. I trusted her to stand behind her work - WOW was I wrong. I am disappointed in her and in myself for trusting her.

Very unhappy. RSB were recommended to us by two people and we were told that although their prices were higher, the quality of work justified the higher prices.

They poured the stamped concrete around our pool and within weeks we had cracks appearing. They sent someone out to repair them and used the wrong color filler. When more cracks appeared after a few more weeks, Delmar came out and agreed that the company would fix all the cracks and redo the ones that were done with the wrong color. That was over a year ago. For a few months, they said they were busy and would get back to us about scheduling a time to come out in the near future. Now they will not even respond to emails or voice-mails. The cracks are getting worse and worse and the quality of the work is terrible in my opinion. Our next step will be to have another company come out and estimate how much it will cost to fix the cracks and then we will hire an attorney to go after RSB.

Given how friendly the owner and workers were when the project was being done, we are amazed that a company that charges this much will not stand behind their work.

We are constantly asked by people who come to our house "who did your concrete"? We will certainly be pointing out all the cracks and telling them to stay away from RSB.

Great hot tub purchase for Rsb & Company. I am happy to say that I worked hard to find the perfect hot tub. It was alot more to my purchase decision than I thought it would be when I first decided to get a hot tub. Eight stores and lots of internet hours and I decided to make my purchase with Rsb.



I wanted to share that I am very happy with my choice and spa purchase. I feel that I have a great spa with more features than I need but the product, features and service I received from Rsb was great. The price was very fair and I know I have a great long lasting quality hot tub with all the extras. I worked directly with the owner of the company Robin. I never meet any of the other sales or estimate managers I would recommend to ask for her when you want to speak with someone for great advice and knowledge of products. The company does pools and concrete work also . The two guys deleivered and set up my spa were great as well. I wanted to share my experience with others that may be looking for a hot tub.

Review for Rsb and Company in Raleigh NC. Rsb and company was hired to do me a elevated patio with stamped concrete as well as a fire pit. The elevated patio has transformed are backyard into a one of a kind design. The fire pit created a very unique back yard feature.



The owner and the staff were all alot of fun to work with on this project. I found the price to be slightly more expensive than other quotes I received but I am glad I choose Rsb and they were worth the extra money I spent.



I would recommend Rsb and company to everyone.

Rsb was a great company and I give five PLUS stars.. Thank you for the time that went into our project. Rsb did our firefit and out stamped designed concrete patio and sidewalk and we are so pleased. There service went beyond any thing I would have expected. Maybe next year we can have them do us a swimming pool. Great service and quality always needs to be noticed.
