wow. Yes, I am a member of Planet Beach and have been a member for several years. I am a member of the Planet Beach in Apex, NC and absolutley love it, the staff is excellent, friendly, always willing to help a customer out in anyway possible-they just close at 8:00pm and they notified me that the Cary Park Planet Beach was open until 9:00pm so that I could still tan. So, last night was a Tuesday night and I got out of work a little late, so I figured since I pay $40 a month that I should take advantage of being able to go to another location at a later time--so I went to the Planet Beach in Cary Park and I was furious when I left. I had to fill out paperwork (which was cool) but, when she asked to see my eye wear I simply told her that I had just changed purses and that my eye wear must be in my other purse; but I did ask if she had a pair that I may use and she said "no" that she was sorry, but they dont keep extra's in case people forget. Well, at the Apex location they always have extra's (JUST IN CASE) that are disinfected. When I asked why they didn't have extra's she said "because you dont know if people sanitize them"..well...isn't that your job??? You're a tanning salon that doesnt have extra eye wear for the people who pay you to come tan at your salon. I work at a Full Service Salon & we do have barbicide and disinfectants that we use to sanitize our implements. I think it is just crazy that I couldn't tan when I pay that much money a month TO TAN!!!!! I hope they step their game up and get some extra eye wear for those "just in case clients." I will not be going there anymore simply because of this. Like I said, I work at a Full Service Salon in Cary, NC and I will tell everyone about the horrible Cary Park Location.

Great customer service!!!. As soon as you walk inside the entrance you are greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been to other Planet Beaches in the area, Cary Park is by far the best one.

Hard to beat this elegant, immaculate spa. At the risk of ruining a good thing, this Plant Beach contempo spa is simply the best. The place is immaculate, it's spacious feeling, private, and the staff is friendly without being pushy. After shopping for a place where I could go to relax and relieve stress, I joined for the spa services. I've found a bargain compared to the other places I checked out which were either more expensive or a lot less clean. I've also tried the tanning and skin care services and to my delight, I not only am more relaxed, I look better. My only concern is too many people will find this Cary Park / Amberly gem, but the owners have planned for growth, so I don't think a crowded feel will be a problem. Overall, highly recommended.
