After looking at ellipticals online and in other stores in the area we came to usfitness products with hopes that we would find a machine that we could both agree on. All the ellipticals felt different. Me being 6' 5" and wife being 5' 2" , we had a hard time agreeing on a stride that fit us both. This store had several brands that had adjustable stride lengths. We ended up going with the "Octane Q47" and we definitely made the right choice. The machine fits both of us and we are using it daily! The salesman knew the answer to every question I had, and trust me I had a lot of them. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for quality.

My husband and I were in the market for a treadmill. We had been doing research online and narrowed our search down to two brands... Lifefitness and Precor. We went into the Raleigh location and the salesman showed us all of the differences between the models. It was really helpful to have a professionals perspective on which treadmill would fit our needs. After running on both, we decided on the Precor. They had it in stock and delivered the very next day! We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The salesman, service, and delivery staff were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend coming and trying out all of the different models yourself, it makes a BIG difference!

Great selection and great experience. My wife and I were new to home fitness equipment so we were a bit nervous, but Clint did a great job educating us on the options that made the most sense for us. We ended up getting a treadmill and a home gym so we can ditch the gym (that we never had time to use) and get in shape again. Such a great company - even the installation guys were super courteous and took the time to show us how to operate our new toys. Between work and raising kids I don't know how working parents can find the time to go anywhere for a workout. This has been a real game changer for us.

Excellent selection and prices, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience . I would definitely suggest trying them first if you are in the market for quality exercise equipment.

Great store. We went in looking for powerblock weights. And of course they had exactly what we wanted. The salesman answered every question we had. And the price was good. Now we are looking at some other stuff!! And we have to drive an hour to get there!!!

Worst retail experience ever. I spent $4500 on an exercise machine and was told it would be 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. I waited three weeks, still no machine, so I called them and they said it was in their warehouse and that they would call me to arrange delivery. I still did not receive a call from them.

So, disgusted at the customer service I was receiving after spending that much money, I called them to cancel my order and get my money back. They gave me excuse after excuse and told me that I would have to go ahead an start a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. The owner, Clint, claims they have a no return policy. Yet this is not stated on the receipt nor was I told at the time of purchase.

When I was trying to cancel my order on the phone with the salesman, Jonah, he kept trying to persuade me not to cancel, as if I had options. If they don't do returns, why did'nt he just come out and say that at the beginning? Besides, if I don't have the product, it's not really a "return" is it?

Luckily for me, my credit card company will rescue me from this mess. Good luck fighting a corporate conglomerate such as Discover!

Best selection in town, great buying experience. Us Fitness had the best selection of cardio equipment in town. The salesman was very helpful! delivered when they promised with no troubles.

Terrible customer service & delivery. The US Fitness Delivery men damaged our hardwood floors when delivering a treadmill in August of 2006. After two months, US Fitness Product has yet to repair the hardwood floors. In general, we have been treated with nothing but disrespect by this business. Needless to say, we will never do business with them again.
