First off i would like to say while i was a client (a little over a year) the service was great, the only reason i gave them a star. I recently moved my insurance to another provider and when i called to cancel i was transferred to Howard Fleming who then asked me why and i told him that by switching i would be saving $80 dollars a month. He said that was fine and asked if he could call me in six months and give me a quote to which i told him i would be more than happy to hear from him. I then proceeded to ask him if there would be any fees since i had two months remaining on my policy to which he told me there would be none. We then said good day and that we would talk in six months. A week and a half later i received a bill for $340 from Allstate’s corporate office. It took two weeks of calling his office of which i called daily and continued to leave messages with secretaries and did not receive a single call back. Finally i called and got transferred to Robbie Fleming and was told the problem was taken care of and that if i had any other issues i should call him. The next week i received another bill from corporate for $80 this time. I called and left messages the next three days again with no reply. Then i went on vacation that Wednesday and had to call again on Monday since i had received no call back. I was finally able to get a hold of Robbie again who told me that i had to pay it even though he had previously told me everything was taken care of. When i asked to talk to Howard again i was told that he was out and would leave him a message to call me. Wednesday when i called to just pay the $80 and be done with it the receptionist put me on hold while she was getting her credit card machine ready. After a moment the head receptionist/office manager picked up the phone and told me that Howard had left me a number that i could call and file a complaint at. After informing her that i was only calling to pay my bill and didn't want to talk to him anymore her response was "ohh". I find it particularly sad that he would rather have his secretary tell me to call a number and complain than just talk to me.

I have been a customer of Mr. Fleming's for over 20 years with several policies. I have recently had my home burn that cost over $32,000 for my claim. Mr. Fleming was there every step of the way and the claims process went by so smoothly. My claims adjusters from Allstate were knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, caring. I couldn't be happier the way things turned out. If you want good service, knowledgeable staff, and caring people...this is the place to go!

Although I've only been with Allstate for a year, Fleming Insurance has got it right! They have been in the insurance business for over 20 years and it shows! Anytime I've had a question, a friendly voice is always there on the other line ready to listen to your questions and concerns. They are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and go over and beyond anyone's expectations. Kudos to Howard Fleming and his staff! I highly recommend Fleming Insurance/Allstate!
