great little shop. My daughter and both got pedicures. The price was reasonable, $25 each, using OPI polish. This pedicure has lasted me two weeks and I am in the water a lot. The decor is updated and they offer lots of services. The place was clean and the chairs were comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Not the Best Customer Service. I have gone this nail salon on several occasions and the owner has always had a rude attitude. There was one time I came in and she rushed me out because she was ready to go and it wasn't even time for her to close. My last visit she was very rude how she talked to me and I'm just done. The workers at the place are nice but the owner needs a reality check. The workers will do better at another salon where they can be valued for their work.

Queen Nails & Spa. I tried this place on a whim today.

My manicure and pedicure were GOOD but the service was HORRIBLE. Also,

The woman who did my nails (I think it was the owner) was talking on her phone the ENTIRE time and was also sick. She never blew her nose. So, she was constantly sniffing and when she coughed, she did not even cover her mouth. She did not even thank me after I paid my bill and gave her a tip.

Spend your money somewhere else.

Best Nail Service in Raleigh. I found the best nail service in Raleigh! I have been to many nail salons and have gotten inconsistent gel fills, not here. Every time I go in, I do not have to wait and get very attentive work. They carry OPI gel overlay, with the color in the gel-- so much better than traditional gel!

Nice, clean, affordable!. Got a manicure/pedicure here yesterday for only $35.00. Updated interior/modern lines. Great selection of OPI polish, friendly nail technicians. Really liked that they clean the pedicure tubs with bleach between clients (actually witnessed this). Overall, a great experience--will definitely be a return customer.

Nice and usually no wait. The place is well decorated and offers waxing and massage. There is usually not many people there, so there is usually little to no wait for service. The people are friendly and prices are competitive. I recommend them.
