Dissappointed

I shop in Fedora quite a bit, however I have to say I think I have made my final purchase there. Though I had heard of the owner being rude to customers from other shoppers, until recently I had not experienced this myself. She always seemed helpful when I went in. However, last Thursday I stopped by to try and find a dress for a family reunion. Though she did greet me, she never asked if she could help me with anything (though she did ask the other 3 women that came in after me) and pretty much completely ignored me, even when i had a handful of clothes in my arms to try on. The only time she really spoke to me was when she demanded that I hand her the things that didn't work for me in a very abrupt manner. Oh yeah. when she noticed me looking a jewlery with my shirt in hand for quite some time, she finally looked at me and said "do you need help matching the jewlery or something?" Not in a nice way, but in a "what the hell's taking you so long" kind of way.

As I said, she hasn't been this way in the past, so I don't know what her problem was, but I won't be returning. Plus, at least half of the things I have purchased there fall apart after a couple of wears.

VERY RUDE

I don't know if it was the owner or not, but I too, had a bad experience with the lady behind the counter. I received a coat as a Christmas gift that did not fit. It was purchased more than her two week return policy and the lady would not let me even exchange the coat! She was very rude as well. She will never have my business and I hope that her business is one that flops!

HORRIBLE OWNER

THE WOMAN WHO OWNS THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE. SHE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS AND TREATS THEM LIKE THEY OWE HER FOR WALKING IN HER STORE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS WOMAN BEHAVES
