First Class Customer Service. I have been going to Radiance Salon & Day Spa from day one of opening. I have always received first class customer service. I have had many salon and spa services. Each and everyone a perfect exsperience. I would recommend to everyyone who loves to look their BEST, GO TO RADIANCE SALON & DAY SPA. Take it from a DIVA.... Best Salon and Spa Around.
Beautiful salon and staff. I love the atmosphere at Radiance. After my first visit, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. I've been going for 5 years for color, cuts, pedi's and manicures. The salon is clean and the staff is great!
Fabulous Facial!. Absolutely loved my facial! My face was dry yet oily and just generally blah when I went in, and afterwards it was balanced and extremely SOFT. I was truly shocked. The esthetician I had (Danielle) was super sweet and highly knowledgeable. I bought the Image Vital C "anti-aging" serum and tell everyone about it. Smells wonderful and feels so good. I can't wait to go back!
Lack of Customer Service and Professionalism.
first, i can't say that i have ever been. all i can say is that i tried to book, yes with a living social voucher, but they told me sorry they were all booked for basically every service it covered until the expiration date. how convenient... and i got the same response back in the winter when i tried to schedule services for a friend's wedding about a month out. i should have called LS then for a refund.
i agree with the others, 1. don't oversell yourself and/or 2. don't use LS to advertise only to keep LSers who actually buy out. from both a business and client perspective, it's a lose-lose.
Service paid for but would not allow me to schedule!. I will never go to this spa. I bought the Living Social deal for the manicure/pedicure. I tried to schedule the service in December and was told they were booked out for several months. So, I waited and tried to book again in August. The receptionist was happy to offer me a same-day appointment...until she found out I had a Living Social deal. She then told me they were entirely out of appointments before the deal expired. Strange, when she had just said they could get me in the same day!! Anyway, I'll be calling Living Social to get my money back. Very poor business. They should have put a limit on how many deals they sold so that this did not happen.
Relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to my regular hair appointments at Radiance Salon. I particularly like the pampered feel and the relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend any of the stylists but my favorite is the owner, Shannon.
RADIANCE SALON & DAY SPA OF GARNER. I went to this salon today to be exact! April 6th of 2011. I wanted to see what type of product they have for sale. I was approach by a VERY, VERY RUDE employee. She asked me what am I doing in a VERY RUDE TONE OF VOICE!! and She REPEATED BY TELLING WHAT AM I DOING IN A VERY RUDE WAY!! and I responded "WHY CAN'T I JUST LOOK?!" Her respond was that there was a lady before and went to the restroom???? WHAT IN THE HELL HAVE TO DO WITH ME JUST LOOKING???!! OR CHECKING YOUR SALON FOR THE FIRST TIME? I hope that the other customers and employee that was there speaks out to the MANAGER that how she treated me was just WRONG AND RUDE!!! ONCE AGAIN, I KNOW THIS SALON HAD SO MANY NEW NAME/NEW MANAGEMENT. ALL I CAN SAY! YOU GUYS WILL NOT LAST LONG! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE TO WHERE I WAS TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL! RATING WOULD NOT ALLOW ME WITH NO STAR! SO, HERE'S A PITY RATE!
Wonderful Escape. My husband got me a gift certificate for a massage and a pedicure and both were relaxing. I would recommend this Day Spa for a great escape and hope my husband keeps buying me certificates.
