One of my favorite stores. Chicos is a great store to shop for fun and flattering clothes. The staff is usually very helpful. If you go, have time to browse. They are usually having a sale or promotion so spend time looking. Bring a friend and have fun!

Do Not Shop Here!. I went to the store specifically to pick up some shirts and was horrified by the way I was treated. First of all, I was never greated or asked if I needed help. When I tried to make eye contact with one of the sales reps I was ignored. Even more shocking is when I was looking through the clothes I was actually pushed aside by the sales representative as she tried to sell a tank top to a 50 year old overweight woman. Since no one helped me I took the shirts I knew I wanted to the dressing room to try on to confirm I had the correct size. There another associate ignored me and actually gave me a nasty look when I came out to look in the mirror because I was blocking the customer she was schmoozing (They have no mirrors in the individual dressing rooms). At this point, I had had enough, but did like the shirts so I went to the counter to buy them and leave. I then had to wait five minutes while the Representative at the counter chatted about what she was making for dinner with the person she had finished ringing up. When the customer finally left I put my purchases on the counter and she looked at me and said I would have to wait for another rep as she was busy helping someone else and walked off. At that point I put the shirts down and walked out. I really don?t know what kind of store refuses someone waiting to purchase merchandise. Chico?s should be ashamed of themselves that they treat customers this way. There are plenty of other great stores in Cary Town Center mall where you can get similar merchandise without the bitchy attitude.
