completely unacceptable

My experience with this company made me wonder if they had ever sold a mattress before. A week passed before I even received an acknowledgment of my order, and then only after I called them to find out what was going on. Even after my call and request to keep me posted on the status of my order, they still failed to send me anything indicating what was going on.

It took almost a month for the mattress to finally arrive, and when it did the delivery drivers - in spite of what it clearly states on their website - refused to take the bed up one flight of stairs, so me and my girlfriend were forced to do it ourselves. In response to this false advertising, the company offered me a FREE PILLOW. A FREE PILLOW.

The man's name is Blake, and he does a great job insisting that they can't give any discounts and lying about who is actually in charge.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolute Nightmare!

Absolute nightmare, no communication unless we called over and over, still got order wrong even at 10 days late. Delivery of 4 hour span was 2 hours past 4 hour mark. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My head still hurts!

• Pros: No pro's on this one except for first CSR I spoke to was at least pleasant.
• Cons: Poor Communication

Bad Products and Bad Service

I agree with the other posters. The worst experience I've ever encountered. Carl, the manager, is heartless and talked to me with no respect. The products are not quality. Don't waste your time with this place. Go somewhere were the employees care about their customers and the service they are offering.
