Always great!!. I eat lunch here at least 3 times a week. The chicken tenders are to die for. You can have them from mild to hot. I like the collard greens and brunswick stew too. Always good service and clean.

Very good food, large portions, and reasonable prices. Very good food, especially for a chain. The portions are large, there is a very good selection (you can eat relatively healthy if you want), and the price is reasonable. Is it authentic eastern nc barbeque? No. Is it the best ribs ever? No. But it beats Chili's, Damon's and other chains. To me, N. Raleigh doesn't have many good choices, so maybe my standards are too low. But I think Shane's is consistently good in quality, portions, price, and service, so that's great for me.

worth the trip. like this place alot. employees are always very nice and the food is great. we never have a problem getting our kids to eat and we always leave with full bellys
