Gross Gross Gross Gross Gross and Gross. We ordered this pizza today while at Jumpin' Beans in Wake Forest. First, the price is outrageous. I ordered a medium pepperoni, and the total was $13 and change + $2 delivery charge. Despite the price, I went ahead and ordered since it was pouring rain outside and my son was anxious to start jumpin'. About 30 minutes later (the norm, apparently) our pizza arrived. Second issue, no pepperonis as ordered. We're screwed on this though, unless we want to wait even longer for a corrected order to arrive.

Third issue, the pizza tastes like spaghettios with fake powdery cheese. I'll say it, if you like this pizza, you don't know wtf pizza is supposed to taste like.

And really, I would have been okay with the nasty pizza, had it been like $5. At $16 total, however, I am quite unhappy with the product.

I love Jumpin Beans, and we'll be back there for sure, but I'll stop at Little Caesars first and get a hot n ready pizza for $5.

Surprisingly good pizza in Wake Forest. I picked up a large pepperoni and small order of buffalo wings from this place yesterday and boy was I blown away. Who knew you could get good pizza in Wake Forest? I know, mellow mushroom is pretty good but they're seem to be everywhere now.

The best thing I like about their pizza is that it really does have a unique taste - I couldn't stop eating it! It's probably the only place in the area you can say that about. Wings are pretty good too, although the names of their wing sauces are kinda confusing. Finally some place you can take your out of town guests to that they can't get anywhere else.

Best Pizza in TOWN!. I just recently moved into the area about 3 months ago and I LOVE pizza, but I am very picky! I happened upon this place in the Wakefield area on the off chance I might find a winner and WOW was it! I stopped in for a quick lunch and they have THE BEST SLICES! The crust was amazing and just the right crisp! Anyone reading this TRY IT! The slices taste fresh the staff is very helpful. They talked me into one of their take and bake pizzas and also gave me one of their new frozen take and bake pizzas free and I cooked them for my family and myself and it was a winner! The chicken is to die for!

Pros: great staff, home cooked ingredients, great crust

Cons: has some seating but needs more

And I didn't get a rash!!!. Being from NE Ohio and having a natural animosity toward Pittsburgh I jokingly told the people working that evening if it was good enough I would risk getting a rash to get some more. Well, the risk is well worth it. Finally, a crust with some flavor and sauce with some kick. The toppings are fresh and add to the flavor to the pie as a whole. I was pleasantly surprised. The wings have been awesome. The regular wings have a kick to them that let you know you were eating wings that were not your ordinary run-of-the-mill wings. We have returned many times to some of the best pizza discovered yet and still have not gotten a rash!

PPW - Good crust, solid wings - needs to work on service. This review is for the Sherron Road location, which recently took over the closed "Pie Squared" in Ravenstone Plaza.

We tried this place on a whim Saturday evening. The sign said if you were eating in to seat yourself, so we did. I guess there was only one waitress working the counter and the floor, and she was busy with phone and carry out orders for about 10 minutes.

There was a guy in the same PPW T-Shirt leaning back in a chair talking with the table next to us. Finally I asked him if he worked there, he said yes - and I asked if we were supposed to order at the counter. He said no, pointed to the girl behind the counter and said she was the waitress. He then went back to talking to his buddies. Eh. If it were me, I'd take the order; she was obviously buys and he obviously wasn't.

The waitress finally did come over and take our order. She was nice enough. Nothing non-carbonated to drink besides water, and no milk for my daughter.

The pizza was the highlight for me. They use no oil in the dough, and it's stone fired. This makes for a thick, yet airy crust. Chewy on the inside, but with some crunch on the outside. The sauce was just right, not too much - and very fresh tasting. We got pepperoni which was fine - the table next to us had sausage on theirs and looked really good, not the tiny generic 'rabbit dropping' sausage some chains use.

The wings weren't bad, but they weren't the best I've ever had. I think they could have used another 60 seconds in the fryer to crisp 'em a little more, and they seemed to have been dunked in sauce instead of spun. Although we ordered the 'Classic Buffalo' style, I don't think the sauce was the Frank's RedHot and butter mixture that is the signature of true Buffalo style.

Half a pail of wings, a medium pizza and a soft drink came to $20, which isn't bad.

We'd go back again.

Wonderful customer Service. I came in the other day to get some pizza and wings since my buddy was having a football sunday get together and he lives out there....I also heard about this place from a bartender at one of the restaurants I frequent...I absolutely loved it. The pizzas great, I'm from Ohio myself and appreciate a good northern style pizza....but the wings were awesome. The guy that helped me out was great too.....I recommend this place to anyone in or around the area and will definitely be there more often.

Unlike Any Other!!. Being a Pittsburgh native- I had to try this place out and I had very high expectations. I must say- they surpassed them all! The staff was incredibly friendly and the manager greeted me as I walked in the door. The menu is very creative and offers something for everyone. We got the Barbeque Chicken pizza and the Blast Furnace wings. We were very impressed with the quality of the ingredients they used. The wings were probably the best I've ever had. These guys know how to make a perfect pizza!
