Tips for Jimmy John's

July 25, 2012

I like Jimmy John's. They got me through college and the day old bread is nice. Add that stuff to a nice atmosphere and I feel like this rating is a bit rough. If you're a big sauce person you probably won't like jimmy john's (try the vito or italian though). They're also not bad for you. Still 40% is probably rough.

I doubt they care but.......... Jimmy John's is awesome but whoever answers the phone at this location is a complete moron. I called tonight to order a sub and the entire time I was on the call I had to listen to this guy yell at his fellow employees. After waiting five minutes the guy tells me that they do not deliver to my address even though I'm about a mile away from the location.

you get what you pay for. it takes them 5 min to deliver, and its under ten bucks. Nothing fancy, but who cares. Eat it.

SAVE YOUIR TIME AND MONEY. "I now understand why this a million dollar franchise", I first tried jimmy johns at there new location at the (RTP location page road) Durham, NC, on dollar sub day three weeks ago (1) piece of meat on the sub and it weighed about 3 oz's. Then i tried it again today same sandwich $4.80 later and it was worst no to mention they offered me cheese for and additional dollar. I'm from the Philadelphia,Pa $4.80 would get you a footlong with 6oz's of meat on it with cheese for free. Please find another sandwich shop, where you can get your money's worth or visit on "DOLLAR DAY" because that's all Jimmy John's is worth. Rating is 1 because the bread is good.

"Gourmet Sandwiches?" Not exactly. I got a box lunch from Jimmy John's. The bread was a little stale, the lettuce was mushy, and it should've been turkey, but there wasn't much turkey in there to prove that it actually was turkey. Not very good quality. And definitely not gourmet. The chips were kind of greasy. The cookie gave me heartburn. I have gas now too. Not recommended.
