Awful Service. I live in Knightdale and loves Chili's... I will NEVER eat here again. AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Bad Customer Service and Food. I have tried over and over to give this place a chance, but each time I have been the service have been bad and my food have even been cold when it arrived at my table. I even told the manager about it, but it did not seem to phase him that customers were dissatisfied with the service or food. I do not go back at all to this restaurant.
